Gute Lage ,mittelmäßige Ausstattung

Auf einer dt.Seite gebucht und danach permanent Probleme mit Immobilien Le Guillouzer.Anrufe die Reise würde storniert, wenn nicht Unterlagen unterschrieben zugeschickt würden, zu dem Zeitpunkt waren wir schon in Frankreich unterwegs,der Aufenthalt bestätigt und bezahlt.Sehr unfreundlicher jünger Mann, der zum einzeln eintreten bei der Immobilienverwaltung aufforderte, dort Schlange stehen für die Schlüsselübergabe. Das Haus ist von außen schön und liegt zentral, die Einrichtung sind zusammengewürfelte Möbelstücke, unter der Treppe im Erdgeschoss steht der Staubsauger, Sonnenschirm, Verpackung des Grills, Kohle, ein Rollbrett mit Fliesen.Vor den Fenstern keine Gardinen, die Straße ist sehr belebt und jeder guckt rein. In der Küche eine Sammlung beschädigter Teller, alles im Überfluss für ein 3 Personenhaus, aber nichts schönes.Das Geschirr schmutzig in den Schubladen, keine Spülmaschine.Schöner großer Kühlschrank. Oben im Bad auch wieder Abstellkammer.Da steht ein Bügelbrett und Wäscheständer. Im Schlafzimmer das Doppelbett, dahinter Klappbett und eine Matratze, ein drittes Bett seitlich und ein aufgebautes Kinderreisebett, wir haben zu zweit gebucht, das Bett kann man bei Bedarf aufstellen so nimmt es durch die Schräge im Dach viel Platz weg. Die Matratze ist dünn und man hat das Gefühl in die Mitte zu rollen, wir haben sehr schlecht geschlafen. Das größte Manko ist aber der nicht nutzbare Platz draußen. Man muss die Türe verschließen ums Haus gehen und findet eine verwahrloste Wiese, ein Grill unter Wasser, Steine und eine schmutzige Plastikgarnitur, hier möchte niemand sitzen. Kein WLAN ist auch ein negativer Punkt. Will man die Küche nutzen und zuhause kochen bleibt einem nur drinnen zu sitzen, die Gastronomie in der Umgebung vergibt die Tische gegen Abend nur an Kunden die auch dort essen wollen, also draußen noch etwas trinken fällt auch weg. Schade, alles sehr lieblos gemacht und daher nur 3 Sterne

Super séjour, maison très bien placée.

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans cette petite maison de vacance. Très bien située, avec un enfant très pratique on peut tout faire à pieds et en poussette. Il faudrait juste penser à mettre des rideaux aux fenêtres pour plus d'intimité le soir.

vaisselles vieillotte et disparate, le jardin est un terrain vague!!! vague!!!

Situation et aménagement intérieur parfait. Vaisselle à remplacer, pas de sanseo, pas de wifi, nous sommes en 2020... la pelouse un terrain et abords sont un terrain vague raison pour laquelle il n'y a pas de photos. La propreté des terroirs et armoires cuisine à revoir vu ce que l'on demande pour le nettoyage c'est une honte, ou passe cet argent. Si ces manquements étaient résolus nous pourrions y retourner et conseiller cette location.
