This apartment of 120 sqm, located on the second floor for 6 people is ideal for holidays with family or friends. Featuring luxurious and functional decoration, it has two electric fans and a comfortable lounge with TV and Wi-Fi broadband. Maid service is provided every three days. The kitchen is equipped with two hotplates, an oven, a microwave, a washing machine and more.

The apartment has three air-conditioned rooms; the main room has a toilet bathroom and a king-size bed, the second has two single beds and the third has a king-size bed. Guests also have access to a second bathroom, with a shower and toilet.

During your stay you can relax on the terrace at the rear of the apartment, overlooking the river, or on the front, overlooking the pools and exotic gardens. The resort offers three swimming pools; deep, shallow and paddling pool.

The room rate includes parking, bed linen, towels, cleaning service and mobile phone with local calls.
We take great care to provide this apartment with equipment imported directly from the UK, lock "Yale", linens, sheets, curtains, towels, scatter cushions, showers ... The furniture is made by a famous Mauritian cabinetmaker. An apartment with all the comfort to European standards - all 3 bedrooms are air conditioned, two electric fans are also provided with a safe in the two main bedrooms. It was internal security that is directly related to Securicor on a 24 hour basis.
One can find a generally warmer area on the west side of the island protected from the wind because of the presence of a mountain range, the Black River. Flic Flac -EN- you will find: bakery, polyclinics, supermarket, etc .. You are assured of a varied cuisine, very affordable because of this mix of cultures - Flic-en-Flac, restaurants to suit all tastes, Chinese, Italian, Indian, European. we hope you will feel at home, the famous' Home Sweet Home`.

Location parfaite au top 5 étoiles.

Appartement parfait, situé à deux pas de la plage et des commerces de proximité. L'annonce est conforme au réel. Propriétaire au top par son accueil sur place, sa disponibilité et sa reactivite à nos sollicitations lors de la réservation. Appartement à recommander. Un très bel appartement

L'appartement est encore plus beau que sur les photos. Il est à 5 mn du supermarché jumbo, 5 mn de la plage. Il est très confortable avec ses 3 chambres et 2 salles de bain. Le ménage effectué tous les 3 jours est agréable. Anil et Sunil nous ont organisé le transfert aéroport appartement. Flic en Flac est à environ 1h 1h30 de tous les sites touristiques de l'île Maurice. Nous en sommes très content et je recommande cette appartement. Si nous revenons à l'île Maurice, nous le relouerons sans hésitations.

Great apartment and fantastic host

We just spent 16 nights in this very nice and big apartment with all you need. Spotless cleaning every 3 days included in our nightly rate. Great support and response from caretaker during all hours of the day. Only negative point is that the pools are closed for cleaning 2-3hours every day, sometimes during mid-morning or afternoon when you need it the most... But the beach is a close walk away, and the area feels safe and with easy access to everything you need. Thanks for a great stay!

Schöne Anlage, jedoch teilweis in die Jahre gekommen

Die Gesamtanlage ist in einem schönen abgeschlossenen Garten mit 2 Pools und einem Planschbecken, wobei einer der Pools aus unserer Sicht eine Auffrischung nötig hätte. Der "Fitnessraum" und die wenigen Fitnessgeräte / Hanteln sind veraltet, tlw. defekt kurz nicht brauchbar. Die Wohnung ist schön möbliert und mit allem notwendigen ausgestattet. Als verbesserungswürdig sehen wir die Reinigung welche in 16 Tagen nur 3 mal vorbei kam. Dies mit einem kürzeren Intervall und wenn gleichzeitig noch die Bad- und Bettwäsche jeweils gewechselt / gewaschen würde.

The cleaner calls twice a week to do a full cleaning as explained in our advert. As it was the festive period, especially Christmas ,Boxing day, new year , I understand that it has not been possible to stick to the usual cleaning schedule. We will ensure that this does not happen in the future. Regarding the gym, this seems to be no longer maintained by the syndicate .This affects all apartments in the Complex . In our advert, we are removing any reference to the gym from now.

Dejlig stor og lys lejlighed med stor balkon mod pool og have. Kan varmt anbefales.

Dejlig stor og lys lejlighed i velholdt kompleks med 2 pools og flot have. Vi havde stor glæde af den store balkon mod haven og poolen, som børnene flittigt benyttede. Der var ubeklagelig rengøring 2 gange om ugen, hvor der også blev skiftet sengetøj. Lejligheden ligger 5 min. fra den offentlige strand, hvor der er rig mulighed for at snorkle ved koralrevet. Supermarkedet Spar er ligeledes tæt på lejligheden. Udlejer var behjælpelig med at arrangere taxi til og fra lufthavnen og under opholdet oplevede vi et meget serviceminded team. Lejligheden indeholder alt hvad der er brug for; sengelinned, håndklæder, strygejern mv. Denne lejlighed kan vi meget varmt anbefale til andre, som vil nyde deres ophold i Flic en Flac.

Agréable séjour

L'appartement correspond aux renseignements figurant sur l'annonce. Le logement était en parfait état et très propre. Le propriétaire est soucieux du bien-être des locataires et prompt à rendre service. Nous recommanderions sans problème ce logement à des proches. L'ambiance authentique parmi les Mauriciens.

Agréable séjour de quatre retraités dans la résidence "Les Grenadiers" à Flic en Flac.

Nous avons fait un excellent séjour dans un appartement spacieux et propre sur un site et une résidence très agréable. L'accueil qui nous a été réservé était des plus sympathique. Anil DUSSOYE, particulièrement disponible était à l'écoute de toutes nos demandes. En ce qui concerne les restaurants, nous avons apprécié leurs prestations. Nous recommandons ce logement à toutes personnes désirant séjourner à Flic en Flac. Très bon rapport qualité/prix.

Cher Monsieur Dussoye, Merci de nous avoir donné l’occasion de passer un séjour reposant dans votre bungalow. Nous avons surtout apprécié la propreté et la qualité en général de l’appartement. Tout sentait le propre. Et votre bungalow est d’un standard européen. Le lieu est paisible avec les chants d’oiseaux au petit matin.Votre bungalow offre des avantages: l’accès à l’internet nous a été d’une grande aide et nous avons trouvé une piscine propre et bien entretenue, pour nous deux! On a eu l’occasion en quelques jours de connaitre votre pays grâce aux restaurants multiples qui longent la plage. En bref, nous avons eu des vacances parfaites; nous nous souviendrons longtemps de notre séjour chez vous et l’accueil que Anil nous a réservé. Nous y reviendrons bientôt. Merci et à la prochaine. Un séjour inoubliable

Un excellent souvenir que notre séjour dans l'appartement de Sunil ! Nous sommes venus avec des amis et avons pu profiter de tous le confort nécessaire pour passer de superbes vacances dans les meilleures conditions. Climatisé, tout équipé, cet appartement est fidèle au standing de la résidence "le grenadier" qui comporte d'ailleurs 2 piscines extérieures, une petite salle de fitness et qui est surveillée par un gardien. En plus de la surveillance globale de la résidence, une alarme privative à l'appartement est reliée au poste de sécurité 24h/24. La connexion Wifi de l'appartement nous a permis de rester connectés à nos proches via internet. Chaque soir, nous avons pu profiter de la grande terrasse pour nos repas et jeux de société. La résidence est très calme et idéalement située près de la plage et du centre ville de Flic-en-Flac. On y retrouve très facilement petite supérette, pharmacie, poste, petits commerces et surtout plein d'excellents restaurants ! Quelques roupies et nous dégustons des plats locaux succulents. Soucieux de faire plaisir à leurs hôtes, les Mauriciens sont de très bon accueil pour les touristes et très chaleureux. Les propriétaires, restaurateurs ainsi que les petites agences de tourisme ont été aux petits soins pour nous. Flic-en-Flac est en outre super bien situé pour visiter toute l'île. Nous avons pu en quelques expéditions, visiter tour à tour : l'île aux cerfs, Casela (juste a côté), les jardins de pamplemousse, le musée océanographique, l'île au bénitier, le lac sacré, le musée et la fabrique du thé de Bois chéri , le musée de maquettes de bateaux à Curepipe, le morne, les cascades de chamarel et la terre aux sept couleurs, Port-Louis, trou aux biches, grand baie, faire de la plongée, de la voile... Si je retourne a Maurice, c'est sans hésitation que je retournerai chez Sunil. Merci pour tout.
