Escape the heat and relax in our year around heated outdoor pool and hot tub right out our back door!
If you're looking for for a great retreat for your family , come enjoy Colorado from our home. Kitchen renovation in July . New granite counter tops , sink , backsplash . Created roomy peninsula with extra seating . Recent new paint and all new furniture adds to custom cabinets, hard wood and stone floors, and wood blinds. Warm professional decorating throughout. 4 Flat screen TVs, cozy great room with adjacent sun room with amazing views. Study off great room with queen size sleeper and desk area. Farm style dining table seats 6 along with seating for 4 at the bar. Main floor laundry room . Abundant windows open to ski slope views. Spacious deck and yard . Heated outdoor swimming pool , sauna and hot tub all open!
Walk out our back door, through the tunnel to Keystone Lake and Village to enjoy restaurants, skating, hockey, paddle boats, canoeing, shopping , music ad seasonal activities. JUST TWO BLOCKS FROM CONFERENCE CENTER!
Our home is approximately 1,770 sq. ft . Sleeping accommodations include main floor master bedroom with queen size bed. Main floor full bathroom . Queen size sleeper sofa in study. Upstairs is another master bedroom with a king size bed , a twin size day bed with twin trundle and full bath . 2nd upstairs bedroom has queen size bed and bunk beds (twin size) , All closets are walk in . There are also 2 full size baby cribs, high chair, stroller, toys and games for the little adventures.
Shuttle bus to Keystone Mountain and River Run Resort stops every 20 minutes at enclosed shelters steps from our front door. Just a quick 1 mile ride to the slopes.

Wonderful extended stay

We were snowed in and had to stay an extra day. The owner was very accommodating, quick to respond and very reasonable with the additional stay. The place fit our 2 families great with 2 main bedrooms and a bunk room for the kids. The bus route is very close by which made getting to the lifts very easy. The sauna, hot tub and heated pool were an added bonus. With so much snow the townhouses were cleared of snow very quickly by management. The owner kept us very informed of the snow storm and replied timely so we had little stress on our vacation. Keystone is one of my favorite places to ski as I’ve skied different places all over Colorado and New Mexico. It has great slopes and minimal lift lines over spring break and an adequate yet cute snow village at the base of river run.

Keystone area Stay

nice comfortable property, hosts very easy to work with and property was as advertised. Would definitely recommend as a place to consider when in Keystone area.

Family Christmas ski trip

This is a wonderful townhome for families. It is more like being a guest in a friend’s home than an impersonal rental unit. It has a very well equipped kitchen, many toys and games for children and adults- even a Christmas tree! We brought some toys for the kids, but they preferred playing with the ones in the townhome! We were able to easily sleep 9, and everyone had room to spread out. There is a wonderful large table for games, coloring, and all eating together, plus a large living room with so much seating and room to play on the floor. There is also a study if you have to work ( we laid out all the kids ski clothes for the next day here). The boys enjoyed playing in the snow outside. We did not try out the heated pool, but it is close by. Some of us took the bus to the ski area, but mostly we drove and parked in the free parking. Very close drive- excellent location. Susan was very helpful with a key issue we had and made sure we were taken care of. Overall a wonderful trip- we would love to return!
