Why they chose this property

it is quiet but with t a lot of restaurants around ,
there are bus stop , taxi station and coffe down in the street.
it is not warm in summer,
you have a 10 min walk to champs Elysees , and 10 min walk from muséum Jaquemard andre, where you can enjoy lovely lunch in this beautiful house.
5 min walk to parc Monceau , where you can do jogging , hair dresser and beauty space down the road.

What makes this property unique

it is a quite big apartment. 180 M2, with 2 very spacious room another third room, a large living room, a large kitchen with a long table.
