Award winning village location very close to Ribby Hall Village

The farmhouse can now split into two self contained units if required, the lodge is detached making up to three self contained units.

Large 5 bedroom house, 3 lounges including a day lounge, dining room for 22, large front garden with parking for 6 vehicles, and not overlooked.
Farmed field views from all rooms, ideally located between The Langtons Wrea Green and Ribby Hall Village.
Wrea Green has a 2 nice rural pubs and a village green which hosts cricket and football matches during the season.
It also has the large holiday resort of Ribby Hall nearby.
We can accommodate at maximum capacity 22 guests.
The lodge has 1 twin room, 1 double and a sofa bed, kitchenette and a shower, the vaulted ceiling make it feel larger than it is.

Lovely place

We had a fantastic time at this property. The pictures on the site don’t really do it justice. Spacious and clean, there’s lots of room even if your party is a large one. Would 100% recommend for anyone looking for a property for a large group of people.

Hen do of 21 brilliant house and Lodge in the garden with hot tub. The owners were lovely and couldnt of done anymore will defintaly be returning 😊 grapes pub in Wrea Green does fab food!

Beautiful scenic house set in wonderful countryside

Came here for my friends hen do. There was 16 of us and the place was absolutely fantastic and we did not feel as though we was on top of each other. Plenty of space. The owner were Brill before and during and was very helpful with helping make this a great weekend. Would definitely return if having another large gathering

Fabulous, Comfortable, Spacious home from home

Just returned from a weekend break, celebrating a 50th Birthday with extended family. We had a fabulous time at this beautiful home that has everything that you could possibly need to make your stay perfect. We all enjoyed the hot tub which looked amazing in the evening sun with its fabulous lighting. The owners couldn’t do enough to make our stay perfect and the master bedroom had a perfect picture window looking out across fields. Peaceful and private location and everyone in our party commented on what a beautiful clean and comfortable house it was .

Brilliant property in great location!

What a brilliant house. My colleagues and I stayed this weekend for a couple of nights as we had a big event in Blackpool. Bernard and his son met us and showed us the house, which is just stunning. Clean spacious and perfect. Hot tub was amazing too. Would highly recommend 😊

Beautiful house, great hot tub and quiet location.

Stayed for three nights with five friends as a base to visit the open championships at Birkdale. Friendly helpful owners, the property was fantastic and with the glorious weather we had, late nights sipping the odd beverage, while soaking in the fantastic outdoor hot tub and setting the world to rights, meant we found this the perfect location. Would defiantly stay again.

Beautiful house, lovely surroundings, very helpful owners and the hot tub was a huge hit!

We stayed here for the weekend with friends and our children whilst visiting Blackpool. The house is impressive and provides lots of space for us all to not be on top of each other. It's well stocked as it is also at times the owners home. The owners were incredibly efficient to respond to our queries and step in when there was a water level problem with the hot tub. The house is set in a beautiful and peaceful location. Our only disappointment is that we didn't have time to visit the local town. However, we did have an absolute blast in Blackpool.

Fantastic house. Has everything you could wish for. Definitely hope to return.

We had a wonderful time here, right from the personal friendly reception to the end of the weekend. The house couldn't have been better and the hot tub was a roaring success which we thought would only interest the children but most of the adults had a go in in too and thought it was great. The house is very bright and cheery and everyone hopes to return again.

Lovely house

We stayed ay this property for an extended weekend. The location was perfect for our young ones-Ribby Hall Village just down the road, Blackpool,Lytham and St Anne's only 20 minutes away. The house is lovely- large and light, with plenty of room for us all. The children could play safely in the back garden. We wished we could have managed a longer stay. Perhaps next time! Thanks to the owners, who were very helpful. Highly recommended

Perfect for a big group

We stayed over a bank holiday weekend and had a thoroughly lovely time. The house is immaculate, comfortable and really well equipped. Amazing floor to ceiling windows give beautiful views across the garden and surrounding fields. It was perfect for a big group of adults and children, with plenty of space to relax, eat indoors or outdoors and play hide and seek. Bernard couldn't have been more friendly and welcoming. It is very convenient for Lytham St Annes and Blackpool and the village pub is walkable.
