Across the street from the public beach (Lido Beach). Public pool across the street, daily passes not included. Walking distance to famous, St. Armand’s s Circle (shops, restaurants, ice cream). Updated kitchen, newly updated bathroom. Private back yard patio, 2nd story sun deck (you can see the beach and water from it). Easy to get to. Beach chairs and beach toys available to guests (boogie boards, skim boards, sand toys). Renter must be 30 or older. Great family home. Quiet hours from 10 pm - 7 am. No Pets.
