The floorplan boasts an eat-in kitchen with breakfast table and breakfast bar. The house is equipped with wi-fi and almost every bedroom has a T.V. The sliding glass doors lead to the gorgeous backyard featuring an outdoor pool.

A short walk out the back gate and you are on St. Armand`s Circle - shopping, restaurants, spas, beaches and live music are all within walking distance - it doesn`t get better than this! At the end of your day you have a private, beautiful place to relax with family and friends in your favorite vacation home.

The famous white sands of Lido Beach is less then a mile away offering sunsets of a lifetime!

There is an abundant amount of Activities and Attractions in Sarasota/Bradenton. These are just a few of the many treasures and cultural events..Benderson Park, Mote Marine Aquarium, Ringling Museum of Art, Florida?s Largest Wildlife Rescue / Rehabilitation Center with the Pelican Man, Selby Botanical Gardens, Museum of the Circus, Children`s fountain at Island Park, Myakka River and Park, Ed Smith Stadium Sport Complex, Sarasota Ballet (Oct-Apr), Van Wezel Performing Arts, Florida Studio Theatre, Sarasota Opera House, The Asolo Theatre, and Players Theatre. This home has an uncovered, open pool. It is professionally cleaned once a week. By its nature, debris and leaves fall into unscreened pools. We supply a net for our guests to scoop these out in between cleaning days if they wish. Please don`t ask us to call the cleaning company when this happens. This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment, but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not loose your favorite vacation rental.

The guest will lease the entire property. You will receive an email a week prior to arrival with access codes to the lockbox.

We are available by phone to help our guests with any issue.

There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.

Great Location/Lots of space

We spent a weak with 3 families at the property and had lots of space for everyone. The property is well located near St Armands Circle with plenty of restaurants, shopping and beach access. The management company was easy to work with and communication was great during our stay.

Wonderful property, excellent location!

This home was perfect for 4 sets of grandparents who visited Sarasota for the first time. Easy access to everything, town, beaches, museums, and especially St. Armand Circle that we could walk to. All the shops and restaurants right out the back gate. Excellent location. Heated pool was another plus for our group.

Great family property

Our family of 7 adults and 3 children spent a fabulous week at this lovely property. The home is so spacious and well appointed along with a great pool and fenced yard close to St. Armands circle to all the restaurants and shops as well as Lido Beach. Perfect for our growing family including grandkids. Easy check-in and contact with the host. Highly recommend!

Perfect for large group!

We had family coming from 5 cities in 3 states to spend July 4th week together and this home was the perfect fit. Plenty of room for everyone to gather together or spread out, great pool and yard area and lots of parking space. The location is great, with plenty to do within walking distance and easy access to the main roads. The property managers were very helpful, friendly and easy to contact. We would love to visit again someday!

Wonderful location, beautiful home!

The house was beautiful, had everything that we needed. Plenty of beach towels, beach chairs and toys. There were bikes to use, and even a kayak! The beds were very comfortable and we had plenty of bedding and pillows. The pool was amazing, it was warm and clean. The location was the best! We used the secret door leading out to Armands Circle, we were walking distance to all the restaurants, bars and shopping. The beach was just an 11 min walk away, went there every morning to walk the beach. Neighborhood was very nice also. Would definitely stay there again! Thanks for the great communication and the beautiful home.

On first impression, house looked amazing. Very quickly realised a lot was wrong with it. Including broken cupboard doors, shelves hanging off, patio doors not opening, toilet not flushing, showers not working, all skirting boards off, Rubbish under bed from previous peopletemporary floor with edges sticking up.

Fabulous

This house was fantastic! We had 11 family members ranging in ages from 6 to 67 and there was plenty of room for all of us without feeling cramped. We even had an extra bedroom. The pool was a big hit and used every day so the abundance of beach towels available were very much appreciated. All your amenities are provided and there were plenty of extras; bikes, kayak, pool toys, beach toys, umbrellas (beach and rain), 2 wagons to carry everything to the beach which was about a 10 minute walk. It is only a couple blocks away from St Armond Circle so we ate at a different restaurant each night and got our fill of shopping. As someone else stated there are 2 washers and dryers for your convenience. I can’t say enough about the manager. Jennifer went WAY ABOVE AND BEYOND what was necessary and she was always accessible . She is the best!! You’ll have no worries while staying in this estate.

Should be so much better

We booked this house on the basis of its locality, size and description. It is in a fantastic location and the agents were very helpful with cots and responses to questions, BUT, the house is one of the first wave of homes on St Armunds. That’s fine, except the interior and it’s provisions haven’t been updated or upgraded for many many years. In fact, what is there now is a mosh-mash of other let’s which added or left a bowl, pot or cup. The furniture is way beyond its best and the bedding, particularly pillows are the cheapest of the cheap. The patio furniture is very tired, in fact rusted to a point of failure and the fabric actually gave way to my slight 76 year old mother. If only the owners cared this could be a great house. Sadly, I don’t think they do. I did express these points to the agents and 5 days later, still have not received a response.

While the property is in a great location for visiting St Armand’s Circle, the house is a bit tired. Mattresses in two bedrooms were worn and toaster oven hard to use as the letters on control had worn off. Property manager was responsive to other issues but some TLC is needed

Our entire family had the greatest time. Everything your could have wanted was available. One point you might want to check is the railing next to the steps for the pool. It seemed loose.

Family break from cold weather

In a word Outstanding! Lots of room, well stocked with towels, beach toys, chairs, etc. Great location to St. Armonds Circle. Our adult children and 4 grandchildren had a blast. I highly recommend this place and Jennifer always responded right away to any questions or concerns. So many good things about this property. I’ve rented about 10 homes on VRBO since I retired and this was the best yet!

The house was perfect

I was so happy with our stay. The house is completely stocked with absolutely anything you can think of. The bikes/beach towels/beach carts were such a nice thing to have since we were traveling via airplane for the first time as a family and didn’t have the convenience of our car to pack the things we knew we would need. I loved the location because you are so close to so many other beaches that you can pack up for a day and go experience other beaches like siesta or the longboat key area. The pool was a real winner with the kids and was very refreshing after spending all day at the beach. We will consider this house in the future since it fit our needs so well. We traveled with family and friends and every person was satisfied with the house. Thanks again for thinking of all the little things, it really made the vacation great.
