This home has an uncovered, open pool. It is professionally cleaned once a week. By its nature, debris and leaves fall into unscreened pools. We supply a net for our guests to scoop these out in between cleaning days if they wish. Please don`t ask us to call the cleaning company when this happens. This property is leased on a first come, first serve basis. If we reply the property is available, it is at that moment, but may become unavailable before you can book it. We suggest you book as soon as possible to not loose your favorite vacation rental.

The guest will lease the entire property. You will receive an email a week prior to arrival with access codes to the lockbox.

- Minimum lease period (7) Nights due to City Code restrictions. We are not able to make an exception.
There must be a minimum of (2) adults over the age of 30 as named tenants. We do not lease to young adults without adults over the age of 30 on the premises.
