No hot water during stay due to failure of their tankless water system. Not serviced since 2023. Mold / mildew on patio cushions. Pool was dirty with debris not cleaned from local storm. Cracks around pool deck concrete. Otherwise, a lovely home needing more attention than its getting.

Fantastic property

Loved the living space, The pool was outstanding. The game room, shuffleboard and tv room was perfect for our group. Great location and a fun place to stay.

We were very happy with the house. Very clean and well stocked. They responded to our calls/questions quickly. We were disappointed with the guest house. Much smaller than expected. A suggestion would be to put a tv over the fire place in the front room. We have been renting vacation homes for over 20 years and this is definitely one of the best.

Family Wedding

This property is absolutely gorgeous! We were in town for our daughter’s wedding, and we were able to accommodate everyone comfortably. Every detail of the home is stunning, and the owner was wonderful to work with. We would love to visit the area again and would definitely choose this home for another stay!

Beautiful getaway

This home was perfect for our family to stay in for a week. Lots of great seating arrangements for group meals inside, outside, or on the screened porch. Cozy up by the fireplace outside overlooking the pool and beautiful landscape, or play a game of shuffle board in the game room. Beautiful neighborhood to walk around and enjoy the sunset down the street at the park. Perfect location to all things Sarasota!

This house was beautiful. The pool was amazing. We had few issues that were taken care of right away for the most part. We would definitely stay here again. We love that it's close to anything but tucked away in a beautiful neighborhood. The apartment is nice but likely less frequently utilized as it was a bit stuffy. An air purifier and dehumdifier would be great in that space.

Great house for multiple families

We rented Sapphire Shores for our sons wedding and had multiple family members stay with us. The home has a great layout for families with gathering places and a really fun TV room in the separate house. The host was easy to communicate with and always available. Thank you!

Hands down, the best house we have ever stayed in! Our group loved the size of the house. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which we all appreciated. All of the bedrooms were spaced apart, which made it feel like you could have your own space.....and with 10 people, that was a plus! The kids loved the pool and the game room with the huge TV. My wife and I enjoyed the bicycles that were provided. I really can't say enough about the place. They even provided the coffee for the FANTASTIC expresso machine, which was a big hit with everyone. Lots of pool toys, beach towels, beach chairs, a beach wagon and 2 kayaks! But the one thing we all noticed was the cleanliness of the place! It was immaculate! Even the corners and base boards were spotless! Not even a dead insect or an alive one, for that matter. Truly, a great experience! Will definitely be back!Thank you BnB Breeze. You guys were great to work with! Looking forward to coming back!

Great House

Overall, a good experience. We stayed there soon after the hurricane, so we did have some issues (stove, microwave and pool heater did not work). I attribute that to the hurricane ( maybe a power surge?). Thus the only suggestion to the property manager is that more checks should have been done to ensure everything worked.

Unfortunately this was not the best stay. We loved the house and it was roomy enough. The problems we had were the kitchen was not cleaned when we got there. Also, after a couple days we started seeing cockroaches. We ended up leaving this house and getting another one that was half the size and the pool was tiny. The situation was extremely stressful and we “lost” a whole day of our vacation due to having to move. Landon was very helpful and understanding but it would have been nice to get a little compensation for the stress.

Wedding at the Ringling

We were in town for a week for my son’s wedding at the Ringling The house was perfect for our family and for getting ready for the wedding. The owners have thought of everything. Plenty of supplies such as extra garbage bags, coffee, plates, cups, paper towels, Laundry detergent, steamer, blow dryers. The pool was so nice to relax We got amazing pictures on the rooftop We also used the bikes to ride to the Ringling prior to wedding and we walked the Kayaks down to park for a tour of all the lovely homes that sit on water. The house is 5-10 minute drive from downtown area where we had the welcome dinner was on Friday and the farewell brunch on Sunday. The other pleasant surprise was the airport was only 5 minutes from house which made pick up’s and drop offs so convenient. We all agreed the house was perfect and we will definitely be back when we visit Sarasota
