The Space:

The home is set up with a smart lock for your convenience & safety. We will provide you with a Personalized access code a few days prior to arrival. Use your unique 4-digit code to enter the home. The code is active starting at 4pm on check in day and will automatically deactivate at 10am on check out day.



Guest Access:

We recommend having a car during your stay for maximum flexibility. The home has a private driveway and plenty of space for parking. Most attractions, beaches, and restaurants are just 5–15 minutes away. Uber and Lyft are widely available and typically quick to respond. This is a convenient way to explore nightlife or avoid parking at busy beach lots.

Our home is nestled in a coveted Sarasota neighborhood, known for its tranquility and palm-lined streets, offering an ideal balance between lively downtown and the stunning Siesta Key beaches.



Getting Around:

You'll find: Siesta Key Beach (10 minute drive) - Celebrated for its quartz-soft sand and clear waters, consistently ranked among the top beaches in the United States.



Southside Village (3 minute drive) - A local gem with boutique shops and diverse dining options.



Downtown Sarasota - Featuring a vibrant arts and culture scene with art galleries, bars, theaters like the Sarasota Opera House and the Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall, and local cafes, providing a rich cultural experience.

Is smoking allowed?



We have a strict NO SMOKING policy. If you smoke inside, there is a $250 fine plus the cost of remediation.



If I leave something it be sent back to me?



We are not responsible for items left behind by guests. If you leave an item behind and you want it to be sent back to you. We charge $50 for that item to be shipped plus the shipping costs.



What kind of coffee machine do you have?



We have a keurig plus a standard coffee machine in the home.



What is the nearest beach?



Lido Key Beach & Siesta Key are equidistant to the house. They are both roughly 5 miles away.



What beach equipment do you provide?



We provide beach chairs and a wagon for our guests. If there is additional equipment you need you would either need to bring it or rent it.
