DETAILS ON THE HOUSE:
The house is located on the road of the oyster, in the village of St. Helena, itself located on the banks of the Ria d'Etel and Natura 2000 area. From the house, there are many paths and walks in the moors and the banks of the Ria d'Etel. A little further from the house, you will find the hamlet of Moustoir (cove, picnic) and the magnificent site of the tip of the chapel: small beach for children, sea kayaking and breathtaking views!
Independent, clear and south facing, the house and all its openings open onto a walled garden without opposite. It can accommodate 4 to 5 people.
The ground floor consists of: - an entrance with storage; - an equipped kitchen communicating with the living room and a double direct access to the garden; - a bathroom equipped with a sink, a shower and a toilet.
The attic floor consists of: - a beautiful master bedroom, with a 160cm bed, storage space and a wardrobe; - a second bedroom, with 2 beds of 90cm can be attached, storage chests; - A nice little extra room, located in a row of the previous, and suitable for a child (height 1m60 max).
The garden: south facing, 200m ², closed, with picnic table, cabanon (with bikes, barbecue, deckchairs, games for children and adults), a parking space under the 2 oaks, shade under the mimosa, to shelter from the sun, yes yes ;-).

we enjoyed three weeks in the gite. it's fully equipped, very clean, we didnt miss anything. saint-helene is a very quiet place, but you're close to vannes and lorient and even rennes, quimper and st. nazaire aren't very far. so it's the perfect place to discover morbihan and more. michael is very friendly, he stays in touch with you when you arrived and knows nice places to discover. we could have stayed for month :-)
