About this property

Located in the area of Golf de Biscarrosse, this beautiful new villa has all the comforts necessary for a relaxing stay.
Ideal families!
New villa, recently finished.

4X8 heated swimming pool, flat bottom, paddling pool for the youngest, secure with electric shutters on an enclosed, planted and planted plot of 1200m2. Petanque field on the side of the house to have a good time with friends or family.
Large covered terrace.
Complete garden furniture: tables, chairs, deckchairs, Weber barbecue and plancha.
6 foldable city bikes also available which are ideal for a ride by the lake and seaside. Not suitable for walks in the woods.

Inside, the villa consists, on the ground floor, of 3 bedrooms, 2 with double beds 160, a dormitory with 4 beds, 2 shower rooms, WC, cellar (washing machine and freezer), large living room, dining room and kitchen more than 60m2 (large fridge, coffee maker, toaster, Nespresso, mixer, food processor, weighing scale, etc.)
Upstairs, you will find a 4th bedroom with double bed 160 with its private bathroom and WC as well as a relaxation area with TV, DVD player and many DVDs.

Neat decoration.

Household linen for 10 people (sheets, towels, tea towels ...) is provided; only the laundry costs are borne by the tenants (€ 100 payable locally to the stewardship company). Possibility of not taking it.
High chair and travel cot available.
Air-conditioned villa.

Lake 7min walk… and ocean beaches accessible by cycle paths.

A deposit of 2000 € will be requested on your arrival payable by check or transfer refundable within two weeks if no damage is found.
A deposit of € 200 will be required if you wish to have the bikes available free of charge.

Minimum 7 nights, cleaning fee in addition 150 € to be paid on site.

Superbe séjour

Nous avons passé 15 jours en juillet dans cette très belle villa. Nous étions 2 couples avec chacun deux enfants et la maison est parfaite pour tout ce petit monde! La résidence est vraiment très calme et nous avons pu nous reposer au bord de la piscine ou profiter du terrain de boules. Nous avions emmener les vélos et nous avons pu faire de belles randonnées sur les nombreuses pistes cyclables de la région. La maison est parfaitement bien équipée et rien ne manque. L’accueil et le départ sont très bien coordonnées par la sympathique Nicole qui saura vous donner de bons conseils, merci à elle. Nous recommandons fortement cette location et y reviendrons avec joie. Ludovic

Piscine trouble

Nous avons loué la maison pour la piscine, à notre arrivée piscine trouble, verte et inutilisable. Nous avons fais appelle aux gérants de la maison, nous n’avons pas utiliser la piscine le samedi, dimanche, lundi et mardi car le pisciniste est intervenu seulement mardi matin vers 10h … pour une semaine de vacance de 7 jours c’est vite vu. La maison est magnifique, décorée avec goût et très agréable mais nous avons du gérer pleins de petits problèmes toutes la semaine, ce qui nous a vraiment dérangé. Le gérant nous explique qu’il a connu la piscine pire que ça et que ce n’est pas la première fois. Merci à eux d’avoir été présents et très accessibles à la gestion des problèmes.

Excellent séjour

Maison en bois récente construite à proximité d' un golf. Cette demeure convient tout particulièrement aux familles à la recherche d' un environnement calme et agéable. Des sentiers pédestres permettent de faire des balades, été comme hiver. La maison est propre et très bien équipée et l' accueil est chaleureux.
