Vacances réussies dans cette superbe maison

Nous avons aimé le grand le patio qui relit les deux blocs de la maison (d'un coté les enfants, de l'autre les parents), qui permet de vivre dehors : cuisiner, manger, jouer au tennis de table...La maison décorée avec goût est très bien équipée et l'environnement est splendide. Très bon contact avec les propriétaires.

Une pépite dans un écrin de nature

Nous avons été immédiatement sous le charme du Panda Lodge dans son écrin de verdure. Site idéal pour se ressourcer et profiter des plaisirs qu'offrent le lac, l'océan, les pistes cyclables,... Tous les éléments sont réunis pour passer de merveilleuses vacances en toute sérénité. Un grand merci à Marjorie et Denis de nous avoir permis de vivre ces bons moments.

Propriétaires bienveillants et très sympathiques, maison et extérieurs très agréables. Domaine du golf d’une rare quiétude. Proximité du lac très appréciée par un sentier à travers bois pour des dîners-pique-nique seuls sur la plage. Jolie région, belles ballades en vélo (assistance électrique appréciée car pas mal de relief). Très bon séjour entre amis avec beaucoup d’activités pour adolescents dans un rayon de 10km environ.

Une superbe semaine !

La maison est conforme à ce que nous attendions et aux photos de l’annonce. Je dirais même qu’elle est encore plus belle car le cadre est magnifique, au milieu du golf, entourée de pins, avec une tranquillité absolue ! Le sentiment d’être dans les arbres sur la terrasse située à l’Est. La partie parentale avec la pièce centrale est bien séparée de l’autre partie dédiée aux chambres par un grand espace couvert et une large coursive est présente sur les 2 longueurs de la maison – Le temps n’ayant pas été clément avec nous, nous avons pu profiter pleinement de ces espaces à l’abris des intempéries, y compris le coin cuisine extérieure avec plancha et barbecue. C’est une disposition originale, mais qui donne ce charme très particulier à cette maison. Une très belle réussite architecturale. L’esprit bois est présent de partout, les salles de bains sont magnifiques et chaque pièce dispose d’un volume suffisant pour que l’on se sente bien tout simplement. Le lac est accessible à pied en 10 minutes par un sentier à travers le golf (plage de sable avec les pins pieds dans l’eau pratiquement parfaite pour des jeunes enfants ou le paddle), mais nous préférons clairement les plages de l’atlantique au nord de Biscarosse à 10/15 minutes en voiture. Un petit mot pour les propriétaires qui font la réception et le départ : charmants, ils nous auront fait découvrir leur production de vin en guise de petit présent d’accueil. Merci Denis pour cette découverte du rosé bordelais - nous aurons bien consommé le stock mis à disposition 😊 – et bravo pour votre maison, nous avons vraiment passé une superbe semaine.

Traumhaftes Haus für den Familienurlaub

Wir waren 14 Tage vor Ort mit einer 4 köpfigen Familie und Hund. Sehr schönes Feriendomizil mit einem sehr freundlichen Vermieter. Zentral gelegen für die verschiedenen Wassersportarten, 1 km zum See 8 km zum Ocean! Werden wir höchstwahrscheinlich noch einmal buchen!

Nature, calme et modernité

La maison réunit toutes les conditions pour passer d’excellents moments en famille et entre amis. Emplacement très agréable, calme, appréciable quand on revient de l’agitation de la plage. Proche du lac et de l’océan que l’on peut rejoindre à vélo. La maison se compose de deux parties distinctes, séparées par un patio très agréable, permettant de profiter de l’extérieur (sous abri). De nombreuses commodités facilitent l’organiser des apéritifs et des repas (Plancha, Barbecue « professionnels »). Pour ceux qui le souhaitent, la climatisation offre des nuits paisibles. La modernité des équipements rend les taches du quotidien agréables. Les propriétaires sont extrêmement sympathiques et très attentifs aux besoins des locataires. A disposition, l’excellent Fronsac qu’ils produisent avec talent
