Ground floor: open kitchen, living room, dining room, sofa, large TV, etc ...

- 1 master suite with bathroom (Italian shower), bed 160
- 3 children's bedrooms with bed 90 x 3 including 1 bedroom with futon 140
- 1 bathroom with bath and double washbasin
Outside: large terrace in front of swimming pool (unsecured), table 8 people, barbecue, small garden, all fenced with electric gate.
