About this property

La Buena Vida yes The Good Life in this Three bedroom 2 bathroom bungalow

Located in the south of the island in Durants Park Christ Church, a residential area which is a stones throw away from the Barbados Golf Club, built in 2018, it is situated 5 minutes away from the popular Oistins Fishing Village (famous for its Friday nights fish fry, music, and endless drinks) and 5 minutes to the popular Miami Beach, and a mere 7 minute drive to St Lawrence Gap and Dover Beach.
Please note there is a main road within close proximity to the house, which allows for easy access to the public transportation but when in backyard, you will hear the passing traffic.

Grantley Adams International Airport is approximately 5 minutes away and
the local bus is just across the street from the house.

3 bedrooms (1 with en-suite) and 2 bathrooms, 2 patios with outdoor dining furniture, TV / reading lounge for your morning coffee or sunset cocktail, and with a capacity to comfortably house 6 persons- 1 Queen and 2 double beds along with a comfy pull-out couch, if required or an inflatable bed (please request so it can be in place for your arrival)

All bedrooms are outfitted with a/c units and kitchen equipped for the preparation of your meals with full size modern appliances.

Above ground swimming pool in backyard for your enjoyment.

Washing machine, dryer
and adequate clothes drying lines are also available for use.

The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Ensure that Bar B Q Grill if used is cleaned and left as you found it. There is a 75 US fee if left unclean.
Wash dishes, empty all garbage (including all bottles and food in fridge) Place in bin at front of house.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Bar B Q Grill once used must be returned as received. If not cleaned, a 75.00 USD fee will be charged. Cuts or tears to the pool incurs a fee of 75 US
Remove garbage daily and place in bin at front of house whats app to get full guide to house and pin to enter
No parties, limes, fetes etc are permitted at the house. Please also observe quiet time from 10 pm if playing music etc. as a courtesy to neighbours.

Lovely place to stay

Lovely villa has three good sized bedrooms and kitchen with all you need very clean. Outside the pool is great for cooling off and plenty of outdoor dining space. The only problem is the rosy can be noisy, we had two lovely weeks and would use again. The Golf Club just 5 minutes walk is welcoming to all and does great food.

Complete house, great stay!

Stayed a month at this location while waiting for my long-term rental (12+months). House is in great condition, big rooms and nice clean beds! All you need inside and out (pool too), plus communication with property owner was direct, and she helped us with everything we needed.

Bajan Family Christmas

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Goodlife cottage. The backyard patio was beautiful and each of the rooms was neat and clean. The AC worked well in all three rooms and the ceiling fan kept the property very cool. The kitchen was well equipped washer and dryer was extremely helpful since we didn’t bring ansince we didn’t bring a lot of clothing with us. Overall, we had a great day.

The property is one of the most exceptional one's we have ever stayed in.It's a lovely clean property in a fabulous location. We were a party of 6 family and friends. The welcome pack was an unexpected extra and was very useful as we arrived late. The hosts are the most accommodating people nothing to much trouble.

Beauties in Barbados

The home is exactly as is in the video and photos. It's location is next to a busy street but it wasn't a bother. The surrounding beauty is nothing short of vibrant and the neighbors are friendly. We were able to see monkeys in the trees and experience the tranquility of relaxation. We will definitely re-book for our next stay. Good for six people. Thank you Soraya.
