The villa is exposed south-west with a splendid panorama on the sea, the Port Cros island and the Var coast. The large terrace (about 100m²) not overlooked with large pergola invites you to take your meals in the shade and spend the whole day outside. Enjoy taking your aperitif on the outdoor sofa and follow the beautiful sunset.
In a few steps you have crossed the large private and exclusive garden of 2000 m² and a few meters further you have access to the sea from the rock.
Important to know! On the island of the Levant, without noise or cars, naturism is practiced on all the seaside and the beach of the Caves. The island of Levant enjoys the protection of the neighboring Port-Cros National Park. The waters are crystalline, protected and rich in fish, corals, sponges.

The Villa of approx. 70sqm with studio of approx. 12m² is at your disposal.
The villa has an air-conditioned bedroom (double bed 180 * 200) with en-suite bathroom (also accessible from the living room) and a small kitchen. The studio is accessible on an outside staircase. The studio (2 bed 90 * 200) gets a sink, a toilet and an outdoor shower.
