Great house near San Marco and downtown Jacksonville with open floor plan. 1948 home remodeled in 2019. Joanna Gaines would love it (Chip would too). Large fenced in back yard. Outside deck is great for entertaining or relaxing. Quiet cul-de-sac location. Granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless appliances. Washer and dryer included.

Central location: 5 minute drive to San Marco square, 10 minutes to downtown Jacksonville, 12 minutes to Jaguar's NFL stadium, 9 minutes to MD Anderson Cancer Center and Nemour's Children's Clinic, 12 minutes to Brooks Rehab Hospital, 11 minutes to Times-Union Center for the Performing Arts, and 30 minutes to Jacksonville beach and Ponte Vedra beach.

This was a wonderful place to stay! Shady, scenic and quiet neighborhood, close to downtown Jacksonville. Inside, the home was super-clean and comfortable. Neatly renovated older home with all new bathrooms, kitchen, appliances, etc. Host was great to work with. Would definitely stay here again!

Absolutely perfect!

It was perfect for our family of 5. We have 3 kids 5 and under and couldn’t have imagined a better place for our home away from home. Definitely recommend and will be booking again in the future.

This home is in a great location in Jacksonville. Very convenient to everything in the area. Also it is on a quiet cul de sac which is even better. Home is very clean with a great backyard. No complaints at all. Would stay again anytime we are in the area.

Loved the decor, very homey. Great location, close to everything . Even when there was a problem with AC, Jeanette had it taken care of quickly. Would definitely stay again if and when we are In Jacksonville.

Property was overall nice and a close distance to where we planned to go. Kids enjoyed playing with toys and outside on the play set. Property manager was also excellent when we had to call for unlocking the door when arrived.

Quick stay

This house is absolutely adorable. The area is very nice and quiet. The backyard is beautiful with all the trees and plants. The layout of the house allowed 5 of us to be spread out and also enjoy our time together. We thoroughly enjoyed our quick weekend here visiting our son at college and look forward to weekends in the future!

Wonderful house in a great location and neighborhood

We wanted to stay close to Baptist hospital for a few days after my husband’s surgery before traveling back home. I had originally booked a hotel, but so glad I found this house just 10 minutes away. Lower price than the hotel and so much space: 3 bedrooms, 2 baths, living room, large dining room, sunroom, full kitchen, laundry room, large deck out back. There’s even a desk so I could get a little work done too. The neighborhood is quiet and safe so I could get in my daily walk. Grocery stores nearby.

We have stayed here before. We really like this house. It is big enough that the kids are off on their own. Our granddaughters live in the neighborhood. It's easy walking to and from their home. We will definitely stay here again.

best getaway with my family!

My family and I went to Jacksonville for the Cowboys/Jaguars game and stayed at the Peachtree House! We had the best time and this house was absolutely perfect for us! Only 15 mins from the TIAA Bank stadium(with traffic) and close to restaurants, grocery stores, and anything you need really! House was super clean, comfortable, and provided everything we needed for an amazing stay! Thank you so much for everything!!
