Great house near San Marco and downtown Jacksonville with open floor plan. 1948 home remodeled in 2019. Joanna Gaines would love it (Chip would too). Large fenced in back yard. Outside deck is great for entertaining or relaxing. Quiet cul-de-sac location. Granite counter tops in the kitchen with stainless appliances. Washer and dryer included.
