A group of four of us loved our stay at Grand Blue. The bread are comfy. So is the couch. The location is perfect and we didn't want for accommodations. I'd recommend it to anyone.
This property was perfect for our winter vacation stay in Bozeman! It had all the amenities needed and communication with host/management company was great… proactive, detailed instructions and quick responses when we reached out!
My brother, my biz partner, and I really enjoyed this home in town. Perfect little setup for us. Home had a cozy and great feel overall. Would stay again.

We want to express our gratitude for choosing to stay at Grand Blue. Your thoughtful care of the property has not gone unnoticed, and we sincerely hope you consider us for your upcoming visits to Montana. Thank you!
Two of my daughters and I stayed for three nights to finalize wedding plans for one of them. The location was perfect for us to accomplish our list and enjoy all that downtown Bozeman has to offer. Great place!
Our stay was a combination family ski trip and college tour. This home was the perfect central location for all of our planned activities. Totally walkable area (even with a 6-year-old) and plenty of space for all our extra gear. We would totally stay here again.
Even with construction nearby, this was the perfect place to enjoy Bozeman. It's walking distance to all the great shops and eateries downtown, close to MSU, and perfectly located for day trips. The house itself is loaded with amenities, making it a cozy, charming and practical home away from home.
Great house that had everything we needed and more - the kitchen is stocked well beyond any rental house we have ever stayed at. Within walking distance to downtown Bozeman. Only hassle was the construction of the apartment building next door...but this is a minor inconvenience. We would definitely stay again!
Great location! Convenient walk to downtown Bozeman. Available off street parking. Unit is clean and comfortable for four guests that are willing to share one bath. Plenty of cookware but short on supplies (no salt or pepper). Would stay again.
Clean home with nice updates. Favorite was front porch and people watching in very active neighborhood. This was a perfect location for us going back and forth to MSU campus to move in a new student, and conveniently close to multiple food and shopping points.
Nice property with a couple of kids toys to play with during our downtime.
I would recommend this property. It worked great for a family of 4. There is no A/C.
We truly enjoyed the home. It was missing some essentials that we had to purchase, like toilet paper, barbecue utensils, garbage bags, there where other odds and ends that needed taking care of. When I mentioned this to the owner, she apologized for the inconvenience and offered a free night's stay if we come back.
Pleasant folks to deal at Mountain Homes. Could be a bit more buttoned up about the details.
Would indefinably stay in their properties again.
Great place.great location...but in Montana, I would have assumed shovels and brooms would be part of the rental. There was no way to clear sidewalks and we had to "push" the foot of snow with our legs to get out of driveway.
Overall the house was acceptable. I would not stay there again because of two reasons. It is centrally located downtown and was very noisy in the evening and at night. The house has no AC, which wouldn’t have been a problem if it wasn’t a two-story. It was 90 degrees upstairs two nights in a row and took quite a while to cool down.
Overall, we spent a terrific long weekend in Bozeman and enjoyed the property... even though the visit took place in March. The property was well appointed with an impressive array of high-end appliances, tastefully decorated and with plenty of room for three adults. The management company was very professional with ample communications prior to our stay and upon our departure. That being said, I had two mild annoyances; neither had anything to do with (and had no reflection on) the property itself. First was the construction surrounding the property, resulting in noise even during the weekend, and street closures that prevented us from taking advantage of the property's available off-street parking. Again, the annoyance was only mild as we were able to find on street parking close by. The second was the management company's requirement to either place a $3,000 charge on my credit card as a damage allowance, or pay an additional $75 for insurance, without disclosing this condition upfront (i.e., before I booked the property). While I may have just missed it in the VRBO description, had I known about this before making the reservation, I may have thought twice. Again, both annoyances had nothing to do with the property itself. Overall, a great property with a terrific location. Had the sidewalks not been so treacherous (i.e., caked in ice), we would have had no problem walking to Main Street.
