About this property

Charming Log Cabin and Bunkhouse in Beautiful Cottonwood Cayon

Enjoy a relaxing stay for your whole group in our two bedroom log cabin and one bedroom bunkhouse combination!

Rates shown include rental of the cabin and the bunkhouse. If you have a smaller group and would like to just rent the main cabin, please see our VRBO listing #869654. This listing also features lots of reviews of the main cabin.

The two bedroom main cabin sleeps 5 and features a master bedroom with queen bed and second bedroom with twin-over-full bunk bed. Fully equipped kitchen includes all dishware and cooking ware. Cozy living room with comfy leather chairs and wood burning fireplace. Full size washer and dryer inside of the cabin.

The one bedroom bunkhouse sleeps up to 4 and features a bedroom with queen bed. A pull out couch with a full size mattress in the living room accommodates the other two guests. The bunkhouse has a cute little kitchen fully equipped with dishes, cooking ware, full size refrigerator/freezer, and a full size electric range and microwave. There is no dishwasher in the bunkhouse. Two bar stools provide seating at the kitchen island and a small table and two chairs provide additional seating. The bunk house has one small bathroom located between the bedroom and living area. There is a compact washer/dryer combination in the bunkhouse. Full size washer and dryer are available in the main cabin. The bunkhouse unit is best suited for two adults and up to two kids on the sleeper sofa. It is intended as an extension of the living space of the cabin and it is not rented separately.

Both the cabin and the bunkhouse have wireless internet access. The main cabin also has a DVD player attached to the television.

The large outdoor area features beautiful landscaping and flower gardens in the summer and stunning snowscapes in the winter. A patio area with picnic table and charcoal grill are located just between the cabin and bunkhouse. There is also an outdoor fire pit with wood provided (use of fire pit is subject to forest service burn restrictions which are often in effect in late summer/fall due to dry conditions.)

Please note that cell phone reception is spotty in the canyon. A landline is provided in the cabin for making local calls.

The pictures don't do this place justice. We had an absolutely great time. The cabin and bunk house has everything that you need to have a comfortable stay. They also provided just about anything you could think of, I would highly recommend it. Beautiful location. Trail just down the road. Thanks for sharing your home with us.

Fantastic classic Montana Cabin
Michael was a great host! He always answered all our questions quickly. The Cabin is broken in two parts: the bunkhouse and the main Cabin. You should expect luxury here - but get something even better: Character! Our family spent all evenings eating in the living room with a roaring fire (tons of wood) that served as our gathering place. The bunkhouse was great for some of the kids as well - but wanted to be at the main cabin for our gatherings. It was a memorable New Years holiday stay!

This property is absolutely perfect and conveniently located! The cabins are clean, neat, cozy, and very comfortable. We had everything we needed! The setting is gorgeous and the owner is very easy to communicate with. We had a wonderful time and we will never forget this place and hope to return someday!
