About this property

This is a professionally decorated home in the heart of Pigeon Forge. Located just minutes from all the action of the Great Smoky Mountains off Wears Valley and walking distance between the two mountain coasters, Goats on the roof mountain coaster and Alpine Coaster not to mention and best BBQ in town at Boss Hoggs BBQ all within just minutes from here walking.

2 miles from the Pigeon Forge Parkway at light #3. This 3 King bed 3 bath home is fully stocked and decorated with high end furnishings with a chef's kitchen.

Private backyard oasis with hot tub, gas grill, corn hole boards, water feature and fully fenced in, outdoor entertaining and seating, Card and board games provided along with some dvds. Each room has a king bed and large TV's. Two rooms have on suite bathrooms.

Winter months when the cabins in the GSM have no power from snow and storms we do, and in the event it's short lived you have a central located gas fireplace to keep you cozy and warm no matter what.

Spring Break

Wonderful home and GREAT location to all that Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg has to offer!! Very impressed by the size of the bedrooms, bathrooms and living space!! Our Host was extremely responsive to all of our questions. We will definitely rent this place again!!

Great place for a group trip to the mountains

This place has a lot going for it with way more +s than -s. Positives: super clean , convenient location, tastefully decorated, three bedrooms that each have a bathroom and tv of their own, large kitchen and living room, beautiful gas fireplace, hot tub, and plenty of parking. Negative : If you are looking for a place with scenic mountain views, this doesn't qualify. It is just off the highway and in a small neighborhood. It was very quiet inside though. Some sort of construction business is right next door, but since we were there on a holiday weekend this didn't affect us at all. One bedroom had a metal bed that was a little squeaky and the women in our group wished for hairdryers in the bathrooms. Fireplace pilot light was out on the fireplace when we arrived, but host was apologetic and took care of it quickly. Overall, a great place for three couples to hang out together and still have plenty of privacy.

Christmas in GSM

My husband, aunt, and two sons (11 & 3) spent 5 days here for Christmas. The home is spacious and decorated nicely. The back yard is well maintained and there was even Christmas lights in the front yard which added to the festiveness of the area. The home is located close to everything and easy to reach in inclimate weather. There is a furniture making shop located directly behind the home but we never heard a peep from them. Overall great stay.

Thanksgiving Family Get-Away

This is the second time we have booked this rental property. We enjoy going to Gatlinburg over Thanksgiving to get away and enjoy some family time. With the 3 rooms we are able to spread out the families, as well as enjoy togetherness in the living areas. We love this rental and will most likely be booking again! Hot tub is a great addition! Location is superb - we can get to anywhere quickly - Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg Super clean. Lots of lounging room and space for all of us to get ready in a timely manner.
