You`ll thoroughly enjoy sitting on the private balcony, sipping from your favorite beverage, and watching the waves hit the sandy sugar white beach below. The living room, with a sofa and loveseat, has well-appointed and soothing decor.   The sofa offers a pull-out queen-size sleeper bed just in case you need that additional space for your guests. The private balcony is just steps away and offers an unforgettable, unobstructed view overlooking the Gulf of Mexico and our beautiful sugar-white beaches.



The fully-equipped kitchen features a stove, full-size refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave oven, and other conveniences such as a glass blender, coffee maker, toaster, electric can opener, nonstick pots and pans, and other cooking utensils, plus service for 6 guests. So you`re prepared to fry up the day's fresh catch or enjoy takeout from your favorite restaurant.



Another great bonus for vacationers to this condo is the laundry facilities. The stacked washer and dryer occupy very little space but have enough capacity to handle your beach towels and swimsuits. Room was Very, very clean. I rec'ed no less than 5 text saying more information is needed, need to text us so we can advise your room is ready. After you provide all the information with your name, etc,etc, etc, then you get to desk to check in they give you another form they want hand written with the same information you have already given to them at least 4 times. Then you have one (1) person at the desk trying to help 15 persons checking in. Then you have to find yourself trying to find a cart, with a 30 min wait in the Fl heat to get all your bags.etc to your room. With no help from anyone on staff. The u wait for two elevators that are packed with folks trying to get to their room, then NO A/C in the elevators. After all this then you find a elevator out of Service. If I was a owner there I would be very upset the way Management is handling the guests.

We’re sorry that some of the resort’s operations negatively impacted your overall experience. We completely understand that those frustrations can be disappointing, especially during a busy summer stay. At the same time, many of the things mentioned—front desk procedures, resort registration, luggage carts, elevator availability, and elevator wait times—are matters handled by the resort and are outside of our control as the condo owner/host. Some of these delays, particularly with elevators and luggage carts, are common at most large resorts during peak season, especially on a Saturday during peak check-in time when a large number of guests are arriving at once. We take feedback about the condo seriously and always want to know if anything in the unit needs attention. In this case, it sounds like you were happy with the condo itself, which we’re very pleased to hear. We only wish the resort-related frustrations hadn't overshadowed your experience in the unit. We hope guests can distinguish between the condo and the resort’s operations when evaluating their stay, since we can control the former but unfortunately not the latter. Thank you again for staying with us and for recognizing the condo's cleanliness. We truly appreciate it and hope to have the opportunity to host you again

Exactly as Expected

The condo was clean and conveniently located. There were food options on the premises that were reasonably priced and parking was easy. We did rent chairs and an umbrella.

My stay was good ... The coffee pot was broke so I had to rig it every morning . They do need to supply more towels though, we had to wash everyday . They need to supply more washing powders as well . We stayed 6 nights and they only provided 3 tabs for the washing machine . Sand gets everywhere so washing clothes and towels every day helps . Also they only provide 2 rolls of toilet paper , which is not enough for a 7 day stay . I loved the resort , very family oriented . I will stay there again fer sure . Also be prepared to wait long times to ride the elevator .

Dear Beth, Thanks for visiting! We wish you had let us know about the coffee pot as we would have gladly replace it with a new one. As far as supplies, condo unlike hotels, dont furnish supplies for the whole stay. Condos offer what is called a "starter kit" as mention in your email to get you started. The email also mention how much linens was provided so that our guests can plan accordingly. It was a pleasure having you and hope you come visit again soon!
