Très belle maison et magnifique jardin. Ambiance très chaleureuse

Excellent. Il manque juste une salle de bain (au moins) et certains lits devraient être changés (matelas moyennement propres et pas de protège matelas). Mais maison très accueillante.

Belle maison mais propriétaire de mauvaise foi

Nous avons loué cette maison du 18 au 20 juin pour un séjour d’environ 15 personnes. L’annonce précisait bien que le linge de maison et les serviettes étaient inclus et que les animaux de compagnie étaient acceptés. Or juste avant notre arrivée l’hôte nous a contacté pour nous dire que le linge serait facturé XX€ (en liquide et aucune serviette). Nous avons bien entendu refusé et emmené nos propres affaires mais lorsque nous l’avons précisé a l’hôte celle-ci nous a répondu qu’il été trop tard et qu’elle passerait dans le week-end pour récupérer l’argent en liquide (que nous avons finalement accepté en signe de conciliation). A noter d’ailleurs qu’elle n’a pas été disponible ni pour l’état des lieux d’entrée ni pour celui de sortie mais pour venir chercher l’argent dans le week-end il n’y a pas eu de problème. La suite n’a été que pire déception puisqu’une fois le séjour terminé, l’hôte nous a recontacté 4 jours plus tard pour nous dire que nous avions abîmé des choses dans la maison à savoir : un velux, un encadrement de porte, la grille du barbecue et que nous avions également volé un tapis de bain. Il nous a également été reproché d’avoir emmené deux chiens et nous a réclamé un supplément à ce sujet. A ce jour, l’hôte nous réclame une importante somme d'argent sans justification et sans preuve que les locataires d’après n’aient pas eux même fait les dégâts qui nous sont reprochés. Conclusion une maison super mais une hôte très malhonnête et de mauvaise foi qui nous a laisser un goût amer.

Calme, espace, nature... Nous avons passé un excellent séjour chez Eva, la proximité de la forêt, le calme, l'immense jardin et la gentillesse d'Eva. Tout était parfait !
