Located 3 km from Aillant sur Tholon where all amenities are located.
150 km from Paris, 20 km from Auxerre, 45 km from Chablis.
Many points of interest; Château de Guédelon, Golf de Roncemay, Marché de Toucy, Grottes d'Arcy, Caves de Bailly, Chablis vineyards, Parc du Morvan, many gastronomic tables etc.....
The cottage is, on one level, for a surface area of 75 m2 and fully fenced.
Maximum capacity of 4 people:
- 2 bedrooms (one with a double bed and one with 2 single beds) equipped with dressing room.
- fully equipped kitchen (Tassimo, toaster, kettle, raclette machine)
- living room (table, sofa bed)
-bathroom with walk-in shower
- separate toilet
- outdoor space, garden furniture, swing, etc.
Baby kit available (high chair, cot, changing table with bathtub)
