Kritik an das Haus,wegen mangelnder Kommunikation vor Ort

Umgebung war top. Kleine Kritik Es wäre schön für die nächsten Gästen Informationen im Haus liegen zu haben, wie Mülltonnenabholung, wie man den Herd benutzt was man tun muss. wie man das Gartentor schliessen kann. WC Spülung war extrem laut, man konnte es nur leise machen wenn man ein Schalter betätigt, dann ging aber die Spülung nicht. Der Geschirrspüler war so schlecht die Spülkraft das wir dann alles per Hand gewaschen haben. Es gab keine Gebrauchsanweisungen oder Hausordnung bzw. regeln für die wichtigen dinge. Wir mussten in der ersten Woche jeden Tag was fragen, was nicht nur unsere schuld war mangelnde Informationen. Und vor allem das wir z.b. die Tischdecken unbedingt im Essraum benutzen müssen, weil die Flecken da nicht rausgingen. Das war alles mangende Kommunikation. Vor allem haben wir auch extra einen Geschirrspüler gebucht um dann per Hand zu waschen fanden wir nicht in Ordnung. Zu guter letzt haben wir per WhatsApp mit Übersetzer alle Probleme beseitigt, dann kam nach einer Woche eine Nachricht vom Gastgeber: Ich kann ihnen telefonisch auf Englisch antworten. Für Deutsch werde ich einen Übersetzer hinzuziehen. Was für uns jetzt so klang als ob der Gastgeber für einen Übersetzer Geld bezahlt und und die Kosten übergeben wollte, wenn das so ist, ist das eine ganz schön frech. Wir können nicht englisch und es gibt in jedem Handy mittlerweile einen Übersetzer.

Merveilleux moment

Très accessible, la maison est charmante le petit ruisseau et le jardin très appréciables, tout est pratique et bien pensé. Le village est un vrai décor de film et les villes plus grandes pas très loin… je recommande les balades aux alentours, le pont incroyable, le calme…

Séjour agréable dans cette jolie maison à deux pas des berges de l'Yonne. Cependant quelques axes d'améliorations à prévoir, nous auraient apportés une satisfaction totale. . connaître la marque de la machine à café, afin prévoir les dosettes et ne pas nous retrouver avec du café moulu non utilisable au 1er petit déjeuner au lendemain de notre arrivée le 15/08 (férié) . Que le nombre de chaises et transats à l'extérieur correspondent au nombre de personnes max (6) . Que les linges de maison et les draps soient inclus au regard du tarif journalier . Qu'un tapis de sol soit présent dans la salle de bain (carrelage très glissant) . Que l'accès à la terrasse donnant accès à la rivière puisse être fermé, et ce pour le rendre non accessible aux enfants et aux chiens (risque de chute dans la rivière, muret pas très haut)

Parenthèse de charme dans l'Yonne

Idéal pour un séjour en famille, dans un cadre calme et bucolique avec jardin et ruisseau qui jouxte la maison. Bien situé pour rejoindre le marché de Joigny en quelques minutes, se balader sur les bords de l'Yonne et visiter la belle ville d'Auxerre. Tous les équipements sont présents.

UNE CHARMANTE MAISON AU BORD D'UNE RIVIERE

excellent séjour dans cette maison en pleine nature qui permet de faire de nombreuses visites dans les sites alentour. Je la recommande, le tarif est abordable et elle convient bien pour une famille.
