Sea Break in Yachats

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was more than happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our rental couldn’t have been better inside! Light, airy, plenty of room for people and beloved dogs! Kitchen equipment was over-the-top exceptional!Loved the enclosed front deck! Loved the grassy backyard for the dogs. The only issue was it needs a gate at the front to totally enclose the backyard area. We “Jerry-rigged” something that worked. Otherwise it was perfect and we’ll be back next year!

What a Great Stay!

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: My husband and I had so much fun staying at this very comfortable vacation rental. It was very clean and well maintained. We really liked the layout of the home. It felt roomy with areas for people to visit, have a meal, watch TV, play games, and play pool. The bed in the master bedroom was very comfortable, and the master bathroom had two sinks which was nice. The kitchen had everything we needed, and we especially appreciated having both a Keurig coffee pot and an automatic drip coffee pot.The home was close to the Yachats Trail which is beautiful and we enjoyed walking along it both ways--into town and along the ocean to the beach access. There are many neat trails in the area and at Cape Perpetua. Yachats has good restaurants and wonderful little shops. The business owners were so friendly and the Visitors Center had lots of helpful information. We can't wait to come back in August with our family.Thank you for such a wonderful stay!

Christmas at the Sea Break

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We enjoyed the house and amenities a great deal. My daughter and son-in-law, and son were with my husband and I so there was plenty for each of us to enjoy separately and together. My daughter and son enjoy cooking together and loved the very well accommodated kitchen area. We had some great games of pool. We enjoyed the close access to Yachats and the ocean.
