The charming town of Seal Rock is just five minutes north, with an eclectic handful of businesses. The heart of Newport's bustling bayfront and Oregon Coast Aquarium are 15 minutes away. Heading south, the Alsea River winds through the laid-back village of Waldport, drawing in fishermen, crabbers, clammers, and kayakers. The home is also close to a wide variety of national parks, including hiking and climbing in the old-growth forests of Siuslaw National Forest.

Cute home with a gorgeous oceanfront view. Steps from back porch straight down to a sandy beach. Smart TV in the living room and basic TV upstairs for DVDs only. Well-equipped kitchen, plenty of water pressure and hot water, and comfortable beds. Easy four-minute drive to Seal Rock Recreation Site where we saw starfish, sea anemones, and seals at low tide. Also close to Cape Perpetua, Yachats (spouting horn and Thor’s well), and Yaquina Head Lighthouse. It was a great vacation!

Beautiful location

We loved our stay here! It had ample space to explore indoors and outside. We spent a lot of time on the deck and grass area taking in the views. Location is also very convenient. There’s local restaurants, grocery stores, shops and other state parks within a 5 minute drive.We definitely want to come back!
