Recent villa for 6 people (about 95 m2) with air conditioning, terrace and garden. On the ground floor: spacious living room with lounge, TV and dining area. Open kitchen fully equipped (4 hotplates, microwave, dishwasher, fridge, freezer) and toilet. Three bedrooms upstairs: one (overlooking balcony) with double bed and wardrobes, one with 2 single beds and wardrobes and a third with 2 bunk beds and wardrobes. Bathroom with bath and toilet and a separate shower room. Car park.
Beautiful private holiday estate, closed and guarded, built in Provencal style. In the area: outdoor swimming pool (about 500m2), wave pool and water slides, separate paddling pool for children, petanque, 2 tennis courts, ping-pong, children's playground ... In July / August: nice free activities offered, day or evening, free mini club for children from 5 to 12 years in the morning ...
