Spacious Oceanfront House has Private Pool, Ocean Deck and Panoramic Ocean Views

Oceanfront house directly across from the beach with a private ocean deck and private ocean access. Privacy walled pool for the exclusive use of our guests. The home will comfortably accommodate up to 6 persons in 3 king beds, 3 bedrooms, and 2.5 baths. The bedroom overlooking the pool has its own bathroom, and the other two bedrooms share the other 2 baths. There is a private gated pool area and picnic table area for family entertainment. Just walk across the street to the beach and enjoy your own private ocean deck and private beach access. You'll love the easy-going, relaxing pace and friendly people of Ormond by the Sea! There is plenty to do nearby. Open-air restaurants, shopping, bars, and entertainment are just a short drive or walk away. Maximum 2 cars. No smoking. One dog only under 20 lbs. is permitted with an additional $100 pet fee. Sorry, dogs are not permitted on Volusia County public beaches. There is no option to heat the pool and there is no hot tub.

The house was spacious but the furniture very used. The lock key pads never worked and we had to be trading keys all weekend. Pool was very dirty even after the weekly service. The floor of the pool needed to be cleaned and the surface had many items not skimming off. It was very loud with the busy road in front at night but the main noise was a gurgling all day/night from the pool equipment. We could all hear it throughout the house. It was wonderful being across the street from the beach and just down the street from our family we were visiting. We thought the price was a lot for the value/condition of the house.

We all LOVED our week long stay here. The house was clean and provided many amenities (ex. shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dishwasher pods, laundry detergent, dryer sheets, tea bags, seasonings, beach towels, boogie boards and more) that other rentals have not included. The beach is quiet and just across the street (2 lane road). I did reach out to the hosts a couple of times and they were VERY quick to respond and were very attentive.

Look no further! This is our second time booking this property for our annual family beach vacation! Perfect location, property just as described, very attentive owner and management. Local restaurants within a short drive. Non commercialized area- perfect for families. We couldn’t get our 2 and 4 year old out of the pool (fenced in!!). We plan to stay a week next summer too!

Excellent Property with a great location. Only 4 miles to Ormond and Daytona, but remote enough that you feel like you are in an oasis.

Great place ocean front great sunrises.

The stay was great the only thing I would change for me was to go later in the year because of the non heated pool was a bit on the cool side till the last couple of days of my stay.
