Don’t worry abt beds ;) Please leave all keys on kitchen counter, start dishwasher and washer cycle w/ last min towels/bathmats etc w/ detergent provided. That’s it! Ty so much for being my guests!

Everything about our stay was easy peasy, from booking to checkout. The place is beautiful, clean, comfortable and the view can't be beat. The host thought of every possible need when furnishing this condo for guest. Speaking of the host, she responded to every question within minutes and provided us with a plethora of information that made our stay so easy and she was just a sweetheart. We will be booking again!

We had a wonderful stay at this condo. Susan, our Hostess was wonderful, the unit was as described and clean. She was able to get us in early and her suggestions for food was solid! We will be back!

Great location and the view was spectacular! All rooms were very clean and very spacious. The pool area is a very nice size with plenty of room and easy access to the sandy beach. I would definitely book again.

Relaxing Getaway

Great property! Clean, updated, spacious, and fully stocked. The beach front was private and easy to access. There is also a Publix right across the street which was very convenient. Would definitely book again and recommend to others!

Great family vacation spot

Me, my husband, and 10 year old daughter had a great time at this property. The condo matches the pictures and you can't beat being right on the ocean. The property has everything you need to enjoy the beach (towels, chairs, sand toys, etc), but there are lots of things to do in the area as well. The owner Susan was warm and responsive. We would definitely stay here again.

Gorgeous condo and lovely stay!

This is the second time we have stayed in one of Susan’s condos and the first time in this one. It is absolutely beautiful inside and the view is amazing! Susan is an amazing host. So sweet and accommodating! I will always stay in her condos when in Ormond Beach!

The best beach house ever

It was so nice to stay in this beach house! Great view, high-end furniture, kids’ room decoration that captured my son’s heart, Susan’s kind explanation on attractions and restaurants made my trip so pleasant and memorable! My husband and I escaped our 6 kids for a weekend of planning, connecting and goal setting. From start to finish, she made the process enjoyable. It ended up being a rainy weekend but nobody can predict the weather very far ahead. The condo was as advertised and beautifully decorated. The owner was more than gracious and extremely helpful.

This is the place!

We will definitely come back. This is our kind of place. Quiet. Clean. Comfy. Off the beaten path but so peaceful. Our host is amazing. We stay in a lot of hotels and we stay in a lot of VRBO spots. This is a keeper.

Beautiful Condo!

This is a beautiful condo right on the ocean with great views. It is well stocked throughout the condo. We didn’t cook much though as we took advantage of all the great eating places around the area. Susan is very communicative and provides you with lots of resources of where to eat and what to do. We didn’t have any issues what-so-ever and thoroughly enjoyed our stay! Nice quiet beach area and building.

The mot amazing condo and hosts!!!!!

After our condo had a water leak, Susan came to the rescue. The unit was beyond perfect. The view from the balcony, the proximity to everything you need, the comfortable beds ( slept so well) the kitchen, and the amazing rain shower, we are spoiled for all future travels. Susan had great local recommendations which were spot on! We loved everything. It was like staying in a 5 star hotel with more amenities. Great access to beach and pool area is perfect for relaxing and reading. We would stay there again and again. Great condo, great hosts, luxury, and so clean! We had an amazing time!!!

Great Low Stress beachfront Location

We had a great time staying in this very low stress location. We’ve stayed in beachfront condos in downtown Daytona Beach, and it’s usually a high volume of vacationers to resources. Staying here, I never had to wait more than a minute or two for the elevator, the pool was by far and large a reasonable number of people, and the beach in front of the condo is not overcrowded. There are plenty of local restaurants nearby, and if you want to spend time on the Oceanwalk or in downtown Daytona, it’s a short drive. The condo is clean and has everything you need. The check in process is low tech, but not complicated, and the owner made herself very accessible in case we needed anything. We had a great stay and will return next year.

YOWZA, don't miss out on this property!

This is an incredible property! The condo was built in the early 80s and shows it's age just a big on the exterior - could use a little TLC in the paint dept. (although it has been updated in the things that really count, like the elevators), but WOW on Susan's renovation of her units there. 703 is spectacular, beautifully appointed and decorated, and she has made sure her guests have every little thing they need, from coffee to beach/pool items. When the tide is in, the condo is so close to the beach that when you look out at the view, all you see is ocean and it gave us the impression that we were literally on a cruise ship. The patio is spacious and has great furniture on it. We sat out there with coffee in the morning and wine in the evening - gorgeous! The pool is large, RIGHT on the beach and was very uncrowded when we were there (early Sept.) And don't get me started on the comfy bed.... We can't wait to be able to get back down there. Soooo many great restaurants in Ormond Beach too!

ONE OF A KIND

We have experienced our fair share of rental properties and we typically book based on reviews, recommendations, or repeat stays. The stellar reviews of this condo obviously won us over but we weren't prepared for how much the owner has thought of her guests with every detai! The decor is gorgeous! It is not your typical "coastal" vibe! It felt sophisticated and thoughtfully curated! When I realized the owner designed it herself, I wanted her to come redesign my own home! We had the best nights sleep on the dreamy mattress and bedding. The master bedroom was so soothing and we appreciated all the thoughtful touches and OH MY GRACIOUS, THE VIEW IS SPECTACULAR! We couldn't wait to sit on the fabulous balcony and take in the gorgeous sunrise and sunset! I want to be back there, NOW! The owner had everything we could possibly need or want in the kitchen! Thank you for the juicer to have fresh orange juice every morning! Also, thank you for anticipating everything we could want or need! We have never had an owner go out of their way for us to enjoy every second of our time! Thank you for all the wonderful suggestions from activities, to restaurants, to shopping and those secret non-tourist places we crave! This condo is the BEST and we will be back soon! THANK YOU!!
