Ocean views galore! Make your vacation comfortable in over 1800 square feet of updated living space. You'll have three generous sized bedrooms and 3 bathrooms with two Master suites. Sleeps up to 8 comfortably. (Also, portable crib and booster chair). You'll have ocean views from both master bedrooms, living room, kitchen, and dining room. Relax on the extra Large balcony taking in the beautiful Atlantic Ocean! Enjoy the pool or spend your time on our peaceful no-drive beach (pool is not heated). Front balcony for afternoon sun and BBQ grill. Fully outfitted with full service kitchen amenities, games, puzzles, beach chairs, boogie boards, sand toys and beach towels. Linens included for all bedrooms and bathrooms. Hairdryers in all bathrooms. Building has small workout room, sauna, and pool. WiFi and cable TV is included with Smart TVs in every room. Located 90 minutes from Orlando and Disney properties - 20 minutes from Daytona Speedway. 45 Minutes from Orlando Zoo. Please let us know if you are celebrating a special occasion! Be sure to check out our walk-thru video on the non-mobile version of VRBO. This building is primarily residential and 10:00 pm quiet time is expected to be adhered to. Our stay was wonderful! Views were amazing, condo was very clean, beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked and pool and beach were very easy to get to. We are coming back in 2025!

Everything we needed and more

Everything about this place was perfect. Located near where our grandsons live and work so they could stop by. Plenty of parking and the unit was clean, spacious and well stocked! Convenient to shopping and restaurants and just steps to the beach.Enjoyed our stay and hope to come back again next year.

Perfect place to gather with family

Gathered here with family for Thanksgiving and everyone commented on how great the space was. Gorgeous ocean views, spacious living room and dining room, plus plenty of privacy for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again!

This was a beautiful condo! We had a couple of issues come up during our stay but the property manager made sure it was taken care of. Our family had a great time.

Michael and Dawn have been married for over 35 years and enjoy spending time together and especially the beach! The VanLee 306 is part of their retirement plan and they loved getting it ready for rentals in the meantime. They love spending time with their son and daughter and their families and three grandchildren.

Why they chose this property

Michael and Dawn chose this home after two years of vacationing in the same building. They love the three bedrooms and the ocean views from the main living areas and the master bedroom! And they love the quiet town of Ormond Beach and all the shops and restaurants within a short distance.
