This condo is fantastic, it has everything you need. All of the furniture is comfortable and the is enough for 8 people. Hosts were very responsive and answered any questions we had within minutes. Definitely recommend this condo and hosts!

We truly can not express how much we have enjoyed returning each year to this Van Lee 306 Condo. I think maybe our fourth year? We love it! Amazing location, quiet and clean. We all enjoy the washer and dryer. Making it easy on the unpacking at home. The views are spectacular at anytime during the day. We have watched storms, we have filmed many ocean videos from the balcony. It’s handicap accessible via elevator. We did miss the brown chairs in the living room area, but if that’s only a preference, but an opinion. We will continue to return for years to come as long as Dawn and her husband allow us to!

Do not hesitate to book this condo. You will be so happy staying here. It is a slice of paradise on Ormond Beach. We have stayed many times over the years and it always is a thrill to walk through the doors. The huge corner balcony is perfect for relaxing and watching the waves. The condo is updated and has anything you might need for cooking a delicious meal. The beds are top notch comfy. Perfect little thoughtful touches throughout to make your stay comfortable and peaceful. I would like to keep this our little secret but I also rely on reviews when trip planning. Enjoy your stay and relax in style.

This beautifully decorated condo checked all the boxes for our family. It was very clean, beds were comfortable and beach access was perfect. Grocery store was only .5 mile from the condo which was super convenient. The lay out is great and the owners had a beach supply closet that contained everything you need for a day on the ocean. I would definitely recommend!!

What a great condo. The location is an outstanding. Step outside to the beach and only 10 minutes to Daytona Beach. So comfortable and well stocked. The owners were so responsive. Almost immediately. We are going to make this our multiyear rental.

Wonderful StayEverything was exactly as advertised. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We especially enjoyed relaxing on the balcony with the beautiful ocean view and the calming sound of the waves. Communication with the host was excellent, and they made sure we were well taken care of. We would definitely stay here again.

Perfect place to gather with family

Gathered here with family for Thanksgiving and everyone commented on how great the space was. Gorgeous ocean views, spacious living room and dining room, plus plenty of privacy for sleeping. Would definitely stay here again!

The VanLee 306 is part of their retirement plan and they loved getting it ready for rentals in the meantime. They love spending time with their son and daughter and their families and three grandchildren.

Michael and Dawn chose this home after two years of vacationing in the same building. They love the three bedrooms and the ocean views from the main living areas and the master bedroom! And they love the quiet town of Ormond Beach and all the shops and restaurants within a short distance.

The best thing about this condo is the location beach front - you ALMOST don't even need to get your feet sandy!
