Recent bungalow (2016) overlooking the vineyards and not overlooked.
3 bedrooms: a master suite (160cm bed) with shower room and dressing room (the khaki on the photos), 1 office-bedroom with 2 seater sofa bed (140), and last bedroom with 2 seater bed (140) and 1 reads one more possible place.
Very bright house (South / South-West) in peace (Second curtain so no road noise).
Electric gate . Parking for 3 cars possible (and more on the street).
Assured crush !
