This is a part of our villa that we offer for rent. It is located in a residential area facing the beach of Roucas Blanc and the future site of the Olympic Games in 2024. You will be the only occupants of the house. There are two bedrooms, one of 30 m2. A living room of 25 m2 all directly accessible to the garden. Bike path and bus are 5 min. Possibility to park your vehicle in front of the house
