AMAZING LOCATION SALT WATER POOL & RESORT STYLE BACKYARD! ONLY A 2 MINUTE WALK TO BEACH NO ROADS TO CROSS. Located in the residential neighborhood of Lauderdale Beach in Fort Lauderdale. POOL-relaxing waterfall & sun shelf, outdoor furniture, & a grill. INSIDE-Casper mattresses, open floor plan, large dining room table. AREA-short walk to restaurants & bars. Short drive to Lauderdale by the Sea, Hugh Birch State Park (nature trails & water activities) & Las Olas Blvd /Downtown Fort Lauderdale.

Bedroom 3: 2 sets of bunk beds, each set has a twin and full bed. Bathroom located next to the room. Bathroom has a tub/shower.

Open floor plan. Dining room table that seats 8 and we also have 2 bar stools at the kitchen counter. All stainless steel appliances in the kitchen. Washer and Dryer in laundry room. All hurricane windows and doors. Heating of the pool is available for $20 a day October-April. We have a safety pool fence for children. Let us know if you need it.

Parking - in driveway and additional paved spot in front of the house.

PROVIDED - 2 bikes, beach chairs, beach umbrellas, beach towels, cooler, beach cart, snorkel gear, yoga mat, lawn games, and board games, books. Detailed suggestion list of where to eat and what to do.
FOR KIDS - safety pool fence as needed, kids beach and sand toys, beach wagon, 2 pack and plays, high chair, baby bath, toddler table and chairs, toddler bumpers for beds.
ALSO PROVIDED - linens, towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, soap, dish washing detergent, laundry detergent, trash bags, paper towels, toilet paper, kitchen has blender, coffee pot with loose coffee grinds and filters and single use coffee machine that also uses coffee grinds.

Load and start the dishwasher
Gather used towels
Remove personal items and remove leftover food and drinks
Turn off the lights, lock the doors and return the keys
Close the pool umbrellas when leaving the house.
Please take out the two pool floats that look like chairs out of the pool.
If you have any unopened drinks or food, that you think the cleaner would take, you can please leave for her. Thanks.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Government ID is required after booking and phone number on profile. Only the registered guests and pre-approved guests are allowed.
Quiet hours 10pm - 8am (It's a residential neighborhood).
We have security cameras in the front yard. Pool heating is available upon request for $20 a day (Oct-April)

Family Vacation

This house was just as pictured and an amazing stay for my family. The host was extremely responsive and the home was equipped with baby gear which made traveling here easy. I would highly recommend this home, my family cannot wait to come back!

Great house!

We just spent a week at this home. It is cute, cozy and comfortable! The owners are fantastics and responsive. Truly 150 steps from the beach, nestled in a quiet area with plenty of options for dinner if you want to venture out. Loved having all our beach necessities included too. Wonderful property and host

I can’t say enough good things about the property and host. First off, the host was able to accommodate our booking with less than 24 hours notice as we had found ourselves without lodging due to unforeseen circumstances. Secondly, the property itself was fantastic, as it was clean, well organized, and had everything a family of 6 would need for both fun and relaxation. The highlight of the stay was the pool (with waterfall), and very short walk/proximity to the beach (less than a block away). Everything required for a day at the beach was available at the property (umbrellas, chairs, wagon, etc.). Overall, a great stay!

We were so happy with our stay, the posting is accurate to the property and amenities. It was ideal for us, two families with young children (kids room together). They had everything needed for young kids, and the fence around the pool was amazing, it really let us relax while letting the kids roam around. The beach is really close, and they had all the carts/towels/chairs needed. Toys (both indoor and beach/pool toys were great! Ordering groceries via delivery app was helpful so we could spend more time at the beach/pool.

The home was beautiful and spotless! Everything needed for kitchen prep and beach days. Pool was amazing. Easy access to restaurants and grocery stores. Well equipped with comfortable beds and linens. Such a pristine 1 level home close to beach! We did not want to leave. Thank you!

Family escapade

Geogeous and well-appointed house! We are a family with 5 adults and we were very comfortable with the three bedrooms and open-concept living area. Very close to the beach and all the beach equipment you can think of. Our host Rachel quickly replied to any questions we had. 100% would recommend to friends and family.

Awesome Vacation

Our entire family had a wonderful trip. Two of our kids and families came down for a week each and loved it. Rachel (host) was great prior to arrival and after arrival! So welcoming and easy to work with. We had asked prior to arrival if they had higher beach chairs. They only had the low ones but they went out and bought 4. The heated pool was absolutely the best with the high waterfall. Close to the ocean and easy to park at the house. No complaints sat ALL

This is our second visit to this home, we absolutely adore it! It is perfect for a families needs, balancing the beach and pool time. The location is steps away from the beach. A new Publix opened in walking distance yet the neighborhood is private and residential. I would highly recommend!

Perfect Family Getaway Near the Beach!

We had a fantastic stay at this Fort Lauderdale home! The location is ideal—just a short walk to the beach, which made it easy to pop over anytime. The house itself was spotless and well-maintained, with plenty of thoughtful touches for families. From bikes and surfboards to board games and beach gear, everything we needed for a fun and relaxing vacation was provided.The pool was a real highlight—very clean, perfectly warm, and surrounded by plenty of shaded areas to relax in. The hosts were responsive and genuinely helpful throughout our stay. We’d absolutely come back and highly recommend this home for anyone looking for a great family-friendly vacation spot!

We really enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very clean, had everything you could need from kitchen utensils, towels, beach toys and more. We liked the fact that all we needed to bring was groceries. Very short walk to the beach which was great! Communication with the owner started a couple days early, made for easy check in. Would definitely recommend this place.

Perfect Place to Spend Time with Friends

The house was clean and ready for us when we arrived. It was helpful to have the additional kid items and fence around the pool when traveling with a 1yr old. We traveled with friends and there was plenty of room for everyone. The property managers were very easy to get ahold of and answered any questions we had. It was close to the beach and had multiple dinning options near by. They had bikes, boogie boards, chairs and umbrellas in the garage if you needed them. They also had plenty of floats for the pool.

Rented this for a family vacation and everything was amazing. Great location to a nice, quiet public beach with everything needed including a wagon to help transport. The sunrise was stunning from the beach. The host was so wonderful sharing helpful information, and the response time was immediate. The house was clean & pool was amazing. We are already looking forward to our next trip!

Perfect family getaway

We absolutely loved this home. It was immaculately clean and had everything we could’ve asked for, especially when traveling with young children. Our kids loved the pool, beach toys, and their special bedroom with bunk beds (complete with toddler bumpers!). The location was amazing, walkable to a beautiful beach. Rachel and Ari were fantastic hosts, very kind and helpful, and quick to respond to our questions. We would choose to stay here again and again!

The perfect vacation

We have just had a week staying in this house. There were 4 adults and a 1 year old and a toddler. The house is perfect … the pool was fenced, the children’s toys are of a high quality, there were pool floats suitable for all ages, cribs, high chair, children’s table etc . We couldn’t have asked for more. The 3 bedrooms are roomy, beds are comfortable, there’s plenty of storage and great ensuites. Everything in the house made the week a very easy week of relaxing and spending time with family.

LOCATION The proximity to the beach is incredible. Short 2 minute walk to the beach. The beach is quiet and relaxing and beautiful!
The BACKYARD is amazing. You'll love the pool with the shelf and waterfall. Lots of patio furniture (4 lounge chairs, conversation patio set).
