Summary:
If you want to be close to the resort. This is one of the closest and most affordable units in town!!
The Space:
Great location right across from the base of Park City Mountain Resort (the largest ski resort in the U.S.). and five minute walk to Historic Main Street for restaurants, shopping, and nightlife
This comfortable and cozy condo has lots of natural light. If you choose to eat in, a grocery store is conveniently located within a 10 minutes walk. If you choose to eat out, you will find multiple restaurants close by, in all price points.
After a day of skiing, you can relax on the sofa in front of the TV, or take advantage of the free WiFi while enjoying a fire in the fireplace. Or, walk down the stairs to soak in the shared outside Jacuzzi hot tub (winter only) while enjoying stunning views of the ski runs. If you have a car, there is free covered garage parking and/or off-street parking available to our guests.
Our large bedroom has a new queen mattress and bedding, and the brand new leather sofa folds out to a queen bed. Coin-op washers and dryers are available for your use in the building.
Our condo is a perfect getaway for a couple who want room to relax, or a small family. We welcome you to our home away from home!
Other things to note
If you choose to come for the Sundance Film Festival you'll be right in the heart of the action as our complex is within walking distance to all of the Sundance events on Main street.
Getting Around:
Walkable to everything – Main Street is just 0.3–0.5 miles away, depending on your destination.
Take a scenic stroll down Woodside Ave and Park Ave, then turn onto 9th or 4th Street — you’ll land right in the heart of town.
Uber/Lyft: 3–5 min, ~$8–15
Free Bus: The Red, Yellow, and Blue line stops are just steps from the condo, providing convenient access to the Old Town Transit Center. For schedules and routes, visit the Park City Transit System at : https://parkcity.gov/departments/transit-bus or High Valley Transit at: https://www.hvtutah.gov/
