This home is the twin sister of VRBO listing # 3868737. Both houses meet the high standards set by the owners, in collaboration with a team of experts. We strictly adhere to established protocols for cleanliness and comfort. Our priority is to ensure our guests' stay is memorable and leaves them wanting to return.
Under our direction, Phos Home Management and Concierge LLC oversees the day to day operations of both properties.

The remodelled and beautifully landscaped four-bedroom, three-bathroom home has a spacious lanai area, a heated pool, BBQ, expansive outdoor dining area, lounge chairs and a lakeside view.
The layout is perfect and provides privacy and comfort with a relaxing coastal decor.
Enjoy a large, fully equipped up-to-date kitchen with bar seating and an eight-person dining area.

The sleeping accommodation layout features three wings:
1. Oversized Master Bedroom with a king-sized bed and a spacious ensuite.
2. One bedroom with a queen-size bed and an ensuite.
3. One bedroom with a queen-size bed overlooking the pool and one bedroom with two twin beds. A shared bathroom separates these two bedrooms.

High-speed internet is available and four TVs, including a large 70” smart TV in the living room.

Briarwood is a quiet and beautiful gated community with a 24-hour guard on duty in central Naples. The community is a 5 to 15-minute drive to many beautiful beaches, golf courses, The Naples Pier, restaurants in Old Naples, the Mercato area, The Waterside shops, outdoor markets and many attractions. Local supermarkets, gas stations, and drugstores are within 1 to 2 miles.

The community offers an outdoor lap pool and a resort pool, basketball court, volleyball and a children’s play area.

A beautiful home in Briarwood

Well appointed home had everything you could possibly need for a holiday in the sun with family. Just need to bring sunscreen and a bathing suit.

We thoroughly enjoyed our time in Briarwood. We have rented before in this gated community and this house did not fail us. The rooms were beautiful and just the space we needed. We lacked for nothing. The pool are is beautiful. Looking forward to staying again.
