I love the Lowcountry life style . Year round good weather. Over 300 restaurants in the area.. Golf, Tennis ,Puckel Ball, fishing, beaches . Farmers Markets , festivals.

What makes this property unique

Moss Creek is just off Hilton Island. Less traffic than on the Island . Good proximity to Savannah and Hilton Head Airports. Wonderful local History.
