For location, the condo was an excellent choice and had great communication with the owner. For sleeping, the beds were really comfortable, however, would have been better if the king bed were downstairs to match the big bathroom instead of the tiny bathroom upstairs.

The property was clean and as described. I communicated with Joan on a regular basis and she always responded promptly. We were right on the boardwalk and enjoyed sitting on the balcony and people watching.

Great Hosts. Very responsive when we needed, which was minimal. Condo was beautiful, the view was perfect and it was quiet at night. I wouldn't even bother looking for another property the next time we go to OC MD.

Our trip was wonderful, and the condo was a perfect fit for us. It was easy to find, conveniently located near the boardwalk, and close enough to the water that we could sit outside and enjoy the view. Being so close to the beach also made carrying our belongings back and forth quick and easy, which made our stay even more enjoyable.

We also love the porch! Sunrises, people watching and relaxation just watching and listening to the ocean. It’s why we chose this unit when we purchased our beach condo. Thanks for the great review!
