GREAT LOCATION FOR A GREAT VACATION!! CHECK OUT OUR WONDERFUL REVIEWS!! Park the car and forget it because most everything is within walking distance when you're on the boardwalk. This amazing end unit 1st floor condo has 2 Bedrooms, 2 Full Bathrooms (sheets, pillow cases and towels are NOT provided) and was recently remodeled and furnished. The new windows and doors block most noise from the boardwalk when closed so you can sleep soundly even in the middle of the day. NEW king size bed in the primary bedroom! NEW Kitchen and new stainless steel appliances in 2023! Large island with quartz countertops. Extremely functional and stocked kitchen to prepare a full meal and dining area that accommodates 7 guests plus a living room area with streaming (Roku and YouTubeTV) and free high speed internet. The porch is perfect for people watching and incredible sunrises! Also included are a washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, stove/oven, private outdoor pool and outdoor shower (located behind the building), one parking space, beach chairs (4), beach umbrella (1) and sand toys for the kids. This rental is the one you'll want to come back to year after year! Sorry, NO Pets per association rules. Did we mention that Dunkin Donuts/Baskin Robbins is right next door?! And Shenanigan's is located at the far end of our building! We Rent Saturday to Saturday during peak weeks June-August **Owner is a licensed Real Estate Agent in Pennsylvania.** POOL WILL BE CLEAN AND READY FOR GUESTS BEGINNING IN LATE MAY AND CLOSING IN LATE SEPTEMBER**. Great location

We were in town for a dance competition and this condo was perfect for us. It was a short drive (5 minutes) to the convention center, Plenty of room for us and all our stuff and also right in the middle of all the excitement. Would go back!!

Incredible Memories

This place was incredible. The host is very attentive and friendly. The location is unbeatable. We were at the beach every morning and swam at the pool in the afternoon. Then walked the Boardwalk in the evening to get our favorite ice cream. Will definitely look to book this place again.

In the heart of it all

This property was a great find and made for an amazing vacation. It’s located right in the middle of the action, but still allows you to retreat back into some peace, quiet, and privacy. The pool was a great resource for the kids, but the overall star was the porch - people watching, relaxing, watching summer storms. A great visit!

Wonderful Family Vacation Experience

This property is perfect for family especially with little ones. Everything is in close range and the view is from the porch is perfect. The condo is immaculate and makes you feel right at home. The property owners are more than attentive and the sweetest couple. They were super helpful and made the anxiety of going away for a week with little ones a breeze. We will definitely be staying here again.

Wonderful Hosts

One of the best experiences with a host. Unit was very nice and convenient to everything. Our only complaint is as non-smokers the neighboring unit did allow smoking which was at times unpleasant but certainly not something our unit host could control.

Another Great Vacation!

We thought our first vacation here last summer was great, but Joan really went above and beyond in making improvements. The kitchen/dining area were beautifully redone and in such a way as to make it more functional. The ease of check in and check out are awesome and Joan is just a text or call away for any questions that arise. I like the the personal text to just check in and ask if all is going well. Top notch! 5+ stars from this return renter!

Lovely condo with a wonderful location

My family and I have been vacationing in OC, MD for the past 14 summers. Previous years we always stayed in a condo on the Boardwalk at 24th Street so I was admittedly a bit leery as to the noise and action of the Boardwalk at this location. However, there is no need for concern about the outside noise. In addition to being quiet the condo was clean, comfortable and had many amenities that made for a very enjoyable place to stay. Joan reached out to us previous to our trip with helpful suggestions and the offer to keep in touch for anything needed during our week long stay. The location is perfect and allows you to be close to shopping, dining and of course the water. I highly recommend this condo and plan on returning again for my next vacation to Ocean City.

We stayed here for Oceans Calling music festival. The location on the boardwalk was perfect! The home is lovely, very clean, and nicely decorated. The beds were very comfortable. The pool was an added bonus. Everything is walking distance including lots of great restaurants. Our favorite was watching the sunrise and dolphins from the balcony. The balcony is great for people watching too!! We would absolutely stay here again!

Property was great! House offered everything we needed for our week at the beach. Loved the extras that the owners provide like 2 beach umbrellas, sand toys and the 4 beach chairs. The property offers sunrise and sunset views that do not disappoint. Property location is a perfect!! Would definitely book again!

Beautiful stay

The condo is exactly as described and pictured. You can tell the owners take pride in their place. Everything was nicely decorated and clean. Kitchen is stocked with everything you could need. Beds are comfortable. Balcony is amazing (definitely get up for the sunrise). The host communicated everything necessary. I will definitely rent again and appreciate being able to make memories here with my family. Thanks so much for a great stay in your condo!

Upgraded everything! Right on the boardwalk and the sunrise is at your door! Very well equipped with everything that you need for a relaxing stay. Close to everything.
