28cu ft refrigerator, 5-burner ceramic top range with double convection ovens, and infrared convection sensor microwave oven hood.

10-foot long kitchen island with two tall tub stainless dishwashers for big crowds & big meals.

Calphalon and Farberware cookware and bakeware sets, grill pans and dutch ovens,
KitchenAid Professional stand mixer, Cuisinart convection bread maker and blender/food processor, 6qt slow cooker, Krups panini grill, rice cooker/steamer, Keurig and standard coffeemakers, family-size electric griddle and electric frying pan, DOUBLE Belgian waffle maker, family-size toaster and more...

11-foot dining table seats 12 with additional seating for five at the bar height kitchen island. We also have a high chair or two for our little visitors.

Office area includes desk computer with internet access, Wifi, printer/fax/scanner, a paper shredder, and unlimited long distance within the mainland USA.

60inch HD-3D TV in the main level family room with Blue Ray player and Netflix connected to Wifi, and DVD Library of adult and children's titles.

50 inch HDTV in Carriage House media room with Blue Ray player.

2 King suites have 24inch HDTV with built-in DVD players. 3rd King suite upstairs has 32" HDTV-Smart Tv with Blue Ray player

Parking is restricted to five vehicles, and all must be parked within the property. No Street Parking is allowed. Garage bays available for two cars with driveway available for two vehicles and a fifth on the adjacent rocked area. If you plan to rent a golf cart during your stay, that will count as one of your five vehicles. Serenity Shores will provide five parking passes. Vehicles parked without a parking pass or vehicles parked in striped areas are subject to towing at the renters expense. No Boats, Trailers, or Recreational Vehicles are allowed on Village Walk property. These are also subject to towing at the renters expense.

Loved this house! It was fully stocked with everything you could think of! Plenty of rooms for every family member. The owner is easy to get ahold of and responds very quickly! Loved the king sized beds in the rooms and all the bathrooms!! It was perfect! 10/10!

Best Rental In Port A!

This was our 15th/16th summer coming to Port A, and also one of our largest groups. This house, and also this host, are absolutely amazing. It says "kid friendly" on the listing & that is no lie! The house is an absolute oasis for kids & adults too. Perfect location, plentiful & thoughtful amenities, and the kind, responsive nature of the host made everyone in our group agree that this was the best house in Port A. We're going to book for next year as soon as we can!!!

Great for family with children - wish we had found sooner

This house was perfect for us. If you forgot something, they most likely had it there. It was very well stocked, had all the toys, colors, bug spray, coffee, milk frother (for my boogie self) and even had an extra pack and play one of the rooms which was amazing since we forgot ours! this place felt super homey and i didn't have to worry about my kids bumping something over that was going to break and be worried about that since it was so kid friendly. Absolutely one of the best places we have stayed at.

The house I stayed in was nice. Bathrooms in every room of the house, sweet! Kitchen and living space was perfect for the kids ! Only issue I had was some of the outdoor lights didn’t work so it was kinda dark at night time . Some sand was left on some surfaces didn’t bother much just thought I’d bring that up … overall I’ll rate this place a 8/10.

We all loved the stay at Serenity Shores. I came a day late and the rest of the family already there had nothing but good things to say about the place. It was fully equipped with everything you could want. It even had tons of replacement paper towels, toilet paper, etc. The sun roof is in full sun all day. Everyone gets a King…

We had a wonderful time at Serenity Shores for our family vacation this year. This house has everything you could possible need. Because we were bringing our children and grand children we needed a large space. This house has 5 bedrooms and 4 rooms had a king size bed - plus a bunk room for the kids. That is the way I filtered my search - everyone gets a king. We also loved that three of the rooms had their own bathrooms. The house provided a perfect setting for our family time together.

Great visit!

We really enjoyed our visit to Serenity Shores! The house was the perfect setup for a multi-generational family gathering. The two dishwashers in the kitchen were an added bonus and made for easy cleanup from our family meals around the very large (and perfectly sized for us) dining table. Serenity Shores provided the foundation for an excellent vacation where rest and relaxation were much needed by all of us. The house was clean and the responses from the property manager were lightning fast. I had the pleasure of meeting the owner in person and she was a delight! Thank you for sharing your beautiful home with us. It was exactly what our family needed.

This place has EVERYTHING!

Let me just start off with communication/customer service. Communication/customer service is very important to me! Whenever I contacted Lee I got a response right away and never had to wait. We had a little scare with a possible hurricane. I messaged him a few questions and instead of texting back I got a phone call. As for the place, it was very clean and I felt as if I didn't need to bring anything. The kitchen was stocked with every appliance and labeled!!! I LOVE ORGANIZATION! They had games, movies (for all ages) books. They had a huge table for us all to be able to sit and eat and play games together. We also enjoyed the roof patio. We made that the adult only zone! LOL! My group and I had a memorable stay at Serenity Shores and highly recommend this amazing place for your next beach trip.

The place was amazing. Every single family member was impressed with how large and spacious everything was compared to previous rentals. Using a gold cart you are minutes away from everything. Only gripe was that the place was not as wheelchair accessible as intended. Was unable to get in a shower and had to use outside faucet. Was able to get on toilet in laundry room but had to clear everyone from downstairs because door would not close with wheel chair.

The property was amazing! It was roomy, we never needed anything. It seems the owners thought of everything and more! I loved that 3 of the rooms had its own en suites. The kid’s room was awesome and we loved the outside area. I messaged the owner because we were a little ahead of schedule and had a fussy 2 year old who was ready to get out of the car. IT was a lovely home with amply room for the eleven family members and very comfortable with all the bedrooms and beds were especially helpful with several having back issues! We traveled to Port Aransas on family vacations for 12 years before we decided to build Serenity Shores Beach House. We built the house for our children, grandchildren, family and friends in mind. It has been a perfect place to escape from Michigan's winter weather to enjoy the sun, sand, and great fishing!

What makes this property unique

We enjoy the community and its amenities. It is 1.5 miles from the beach by car, golf cart, bike, skateboard, rollerblades, or walking with large six foot wide walkways. The fishing is extraordinary!
