The outdoor space is a true highlight, featuring a balcony and patio with seating, a charcoal grill, and your own private pool and hot tub—perfect for spending your days outside and your evenings under the stars. Conveniently located close to local restaurants, shops, and favorite island spots, this home is a fantastic choice for your next Port A escape.
Don't forget to add a 6-seater golf cart to your booking. We are your one-stop shop and it's one of the best ways to experience the island and enjoy fun, easy beach access.

THINGS TO KNOW BEFORE BOOKING

• A signed Property Management Rental Agreement Contract is mandatory upon booking.
• A copy of your driver's license is required to receive check-in instructions.
• Contracting guests of Port A Beach House Company must be 25 or older.
• There is no direct beach access from this home. The community at the end of the street is private property for Island Retreat guests only and the entrance is monitored by security.
• The nearest beach access is Access Road 1-A, located 0.9 miles away (approximately a 2-minute drive).
• The home is not within walking distance to the beach (approximately a 25+ minute walk).
• Pool or hot tub heating is available for $100 per day and requires a 24-hour request notice.
• The pool is serviced twice a week on Monday and Friday (weather permitting). We do our best to keep sand out of the pool, but because the home is next to the dunes, you may see some sand at the bottom of the pool.

• Guests with reservations of 3 to 21 nights at participating vacation properties will receive a credit toward beach gear rentals during their stay.
• As a gift to you, this home offers beach gear credit for you to select top-quality beach gear for your vacation stay.
• Choose from a range of items including bikes, kayaks, paddleboards, boogie boards, and more.
• Select your gear at least 48 hours before check-in and VayK Gear will take care of the rest.
• A small delivery fee may apply.

ADDITIONAL INFORMATION

• A two-night minimum stay is required.
• Check-in time is approximate; housekeeping and maintenance make all attempts to be ready by 4 PM, but there is no guarantee.
• Starter set for guests includes two trash bags, dish soap, two dishwashing pods, one toilet paper roll per bathroom, one paper towel roll, and mini toiletry supplies. Guests should bring extra amounts of these items as the starter set is for 1 night, and we will not resupply the home.
• Construction is always happening somewhere in Port Aransas; we can't guarantee that you won't hear or see construction, building, or community improvement projects and events during your stay.
• Cable/WIFI is provided as a convenience; Port A does experience outages from time to time. There are no refunds for outages of cable/WIFI or if the city pool is closed for cleaning, repair, or maintenance.
• Please remember that you are on an island; mosquitos and pests can be plentiful several times per year. Our properties are treated by a professional pest control service every month.

CLEANING AND INSPECTION

• We use disinfecting products that meet or exceed CDC performance standards.
• Every property is stocked with bath towels and washcloths for the maximum occupancy of the property, along with one hand towel per bathroom.
• We inspect every property to make sure it is up to standard and ready for your family's arrival.
