Welcome to Whiskey Business at The Lookout!

Whiskey Business is a modern cottage located in the new Vineyard district. The open floor plan, comfortable furnishings and convenient location is directly in front of the new Vineyard district pool and hot tub that creates a perfect place to stay for family and friends. The pool is covered in the winter months which makes it perfect for enjoying a swim when the snow is on the ground. The house features two full bedrooms upstairs with vaulted ceilings and large windows and a pullout sleeper sofa downstairs with a full bath. Whiskey Business is kid and pet-friendly with concrete floors on the first floor and carpeting upstairs.

Downstairs is the open kitchen, dining room, living room and full bathroom as well as a laundry closet with a stacked front-load high capacity washer and dryer. The kitchen has all the amenities to make your vacation hassle free including a stove, microwave, door in door refrigerator, coffee maker, and Keurig. The open kitchen features a live edge dining room table that will comfortably seat 6. The living room includes a large 4K Smart TV with cable, Xbox gaming system and Bluetooth soundbar as well as a large window seat bench to curl up with your favorite book.

Whiskey Business comfortably sleeps 4 in the two bedrooms. With the additional queen sleeper sofa, you have the ability to sleep 6. The master bedroom features a queen bed, barn door, large closet with ample storage, cable HDTV, and an ensuite bathroom with a lighted vanity mirror. The second bedroom has a queen bed, cable HDTV, large ensuite bathroom with a lighted vanity mirror and closet.

Walk out the back door and you will find a relaxing space including a covered patio with an Infratech heater and two Adirondack chairs to enjoy the sounds of the pool splash pad. There are plenty of hooks to hang wet towels from the day at the lake or pool. The paver patio has a propane fire table with comfortable outdoor seating for 4 and a BBQ grill for outdoor grilling. Directly off the back patio you will find the pathway to the new Vineyard district pool with a splash pad/water feature (that kids will love) and a large built in hot tub. There is a bathroom and changing room pool house and plenty of pool chairs, umbrellas and loungers to relax in.

Take the short walk to the upper Lookout community pool and central park complete with playground, playfield, pickleball court, large outdoor stone fireplace, and community grill. Catch the Lookout shuttle to access the lake, whether it is the private beach or marina with dog dock for your canine companion to take a swim. This home is perfectly situated for a family getaway, couples vacation or a fun trip with friends.

A maximum of 2 dogs, 75 pounds or less, crate sleeper, and house-trained are permitted at Whiskey Business. One large collapsible dog crate for guest use is stored in the bedroom closet.
