Beautiful spacious architect designed house near San José in the ‘Cabo de Gata Natural Park’.

The house is situated in ‘Las Presillas Bajas’, a small pueblo of white houses lying on the slopes of an old volcanic crater. From the house you are overlooking the sea, terraced hills, and the highest mountains of the natural park.

The house has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, one ensuite.

Upstairs is very light and airy; it consists of a split level bedroom. On the upper level is the sleeping area that has French windows leading onto a terrace with sea views and a table and chairs. The lower level has a sitting area, a bathroom and access to a large terrace with wonderful sea and mountain views.

Downstairs also has two levels. On the top level is a large American kitchen with all the facilities that you need and a dining area. It has a door onto a large patio with tables and chairs for alfresco eating. There is also plenty room to store a kayak or bicycles.

From the dining area stairs lead down to a large sitting area that has a library of guidebooks and reading books. This level also has a study area, another bedroom and a second bathroom.

The village is quiet even in high season and is ideal for walkers and mountain bikers as there are many wonderful walks and trails starting directly from the house.

It is within 5 minutes driving distance to either San Jose or Rodalquilar with all their restaurants, bars and fabulous beaches.

Casa Bonita is an ideal location for a peaceful holiday. You can escape all the holiday excitement, yet can also be part of it when you feel like it. A piece of paradise, as one guest called it.
