This Harbour Town-oriented villa is both spacious and private, sequestered behind your own gated courtyard. The main floor offers an easy living floor plan with large kitchen, a family room with a vaulted ceiling and a dining room which overlooks the lovely courtyard out back. The main floor also has a king bedroom, tv and private bath with tub/shower combination. The deck offers a gas grill with table for four.

The second floor has two more bedrooms including a king bedroom, tv and private bathroom with walk-in shower and spacious vanity. The third bedroom offers twin beds, tv and a private bath with roomy vanity and walk-in shower.

This town-house style villa offers a great location for your next island getaway, just a short walk to the community pool. With walking and biking trails throughout Sea Pines Plantation, you'll have plenty to keep you busy exploring the beauty of the Lowcountry, and only minutes from Harbourtown will give you access to some of the island's best waterfront shops and restaurants.

*The community pool at Stoney Creek Villas is under extensive restoration & repair, it is closed until completion in April 2024.

July 2021 Stay

Wonderful condo, extremely spacious and clean. Awesome that it is pet friendly. Loved the location, so close to Harbortown. Pool was great. Overall, would love to stay here again, my family loved it and it made our first vacation in a long time so memorable.

July 2020 Stay

We had a wonderful stay (4 adults, 2 kids) - the kitchen was surprisingly well stocked and the condo is in a convenient location to the pool and to Harbor Town! Beds were comfortable and the condo was set up nicely to accommodate our families! Minor things could use some attention - the downstairs bathroom sink shot water out at you and the cleaners could give a little more focus on vacuuming (we found peanut shells and dirty laundry beneath the beds and furniture). Overall it was a wonderful condo and we would definitely rent again!
