We fell in love with this property years ago given it's unique location within Sea Pines having stayed at the property as renters many times prior to owning. We believe that Mariner's Way is amongst the best locations to stay for active families while visiting Hilton Head Island / Sea Pines.

The villa is uniquely located above the retail shops at Harbour Town and immediately adjacent to some of Sea Pine’s most iconic locations: Gregg Russell Playground, Harbour Town Lighthouse, Harbour Town Pier, Harbour Town Yacht Basin & the Liberty Oak.
