Luxurious apartment with sea view in Paseo Marítimo de Torrox Costa. It consists of 72 square meters and has been completely renovated recently.
The maximum capacity is 4 people in a double bed and two single beds in bunk. It is located on a high floor overlooking the sea and the promenade.

Excellent apartment in a perfect location

Gabriel made the check in very simple. Didn't need to contact him too often, but he was there when required. The apartment is modern, clean, well stocked with crockery and utensils and has amazing sea views from the 10th floor. The location of the apartment is perfect for the beach, restaurants and bars, supermarkets and public transport. Maybe an English speaking TV channel would be good, but would in no way put us off staying here again.

Una estancia muy agradable, agradecidos por los detalles de bienvenida y la atención de Gabriel, con respecto al piso, lo que más nos ha gustado es que todo estaba prácticamente nuevo y limpio, como críticas constructiva la tapicería del sofá estaba con manchas, sino hubiera sido por eso la limpieza hubiese sido de cinco estrellas y los tendederos son muy pequeños para una familia de cuatro personas, ya que hay que tender en el interior, por lo demás, hemos estado muy agusto y sin duda volveremos a repetir. la limpieza hubiese dido de vinco estrellas

Hier kann man sich rundum wohlfühlen

Die Wohnung liegt in der 10. Etage mit Blick aufs Meer u die Berge. Die Ausstattung ist fast komplett - wir haben den Geschirrspüler vermisst. Sonst ist die Wohnung qualitativ sehr gut eingerichtet. Wir haben uns in unserem 14-tägigen Autenthalt hier sehr wohl gefühlt. Sollten wir noch einmal nach Torrox-Costa kommen, gibt es für uns zu dieser Wohnung keine Alternative. Wir haben vergleichsweise Wohnungen von Bekannten vor Ort besichtigen können. Die Whg. hat eine 1+ verdient.

Modern, läßt keine Wünsche offen, absolut sauber, vorbildlicher Kontakt

An Wohnung oder Eigentümer gibt es nicht im Geringsten etwas zu bemängeln. Der Ausblick ist wunderschön mit Sonnenuntergang. Die Lage ist zentral für Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Zufahrt zur Autobahn. Der Strand ist ein paar Treppchen runter gut zu erreichen. Der Kontakt war herzlich, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit incl. Willkommensüberraschung :) Die Austattung der Wohnung sucht seinesgleichen. Man braucht wirklich NICHTS außer Zahnbürste und Creme. Tolle Betten und toller Duft in der Wohnung. Internet sehr gut! Wir sind begeistert und können hier alles empfehlen!!!

Ende September 2017 bis Anfang Oktober 2017 waren wir zu zweit in der super NEU renovierten Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns so wohl gefühlt, das wir die Wohnung gleich für 2018 wieder gebucht haben. Die Wohnung ist einfach der Hammer. Total neu eingerichtet, alles vorhanden. Aber wirklich ALLES !!! Sehr nett vom Vermieter das er sogar eine Schale mit frischem Obst und 2 Flaschen Wein für uns hingestellt hat. Außerdem hatten wir sehr, sehr netten telefonischen Kontakt zum Vermieter. Wir können diese Wohnung einfach nur empfehlen.
