Beautiful views from this 7th floor Southwest corner condo on the famous Destin Harbor. The interior of this 3 Bedroom / 3 bath condo features 8-foot doors, 10-foot ceilings, kitchen granite counter tops, & two spacious and private balconies. In addition, you have architectural details of crisp white chair rail and wainscoting designs throughout. Professionally decorated and having just recently undergone a complete remodel this condo is sure to impress anyone (please note the Master Bedroom closet is a locked owner's closet). From this location you have an unobstructed western view of the Gulf of Mexico, the 9 canals of Holiday Isle, Destin Harbor, distant view of Harbor Walk Village, and even East Pass and Crab Island. Thursday night fireworks in season are sure to impress from your front row balcony view.

Harbor Landing features deeded beach access right across the street between Oceania and Martinique, hundreds of feet of marina docks and walkways, gas grills, pool, fitness room, hot tub, children's wade pool, & community room.

Spring Break 2023

The place was very large, plenty of space for 4 adults and a 17 yr old. The unit it was immaculately kept and just as pictured. Beds were comfortable. Pool was large, very nice, clean and not crowded at all. Check in was a breeze, all information was sent via email prior to arrival and easy to follow. Location was close to beach with easy access. Would definitely stay here again.

Man, we will definitely be booking this place again. It was great! Just like it was listed. So clean, so spacious, they had EVERYTHING you could think about to prepare a meal with as far as utensils, cookware, oven mits, etc. Thank you so much. Everyone were impressed. Paradise by the gulf

What a beautiful clean and spacious condo. The view was spectacular. Wonderful seating on the outdoor balcony patio. Watching the sunset each night from the balcony just blew us away. Beach with it’s white sand and huge pool - so amazing. Will definitely come back. Just one suggestion; we were not aware there were no beach chairs or beach towels. We were disappointed, as we could not hang on the beach but walked it every morning. Great places to eat, but McGuires Irish pub was so much fun. Great stay!

Clean beautiful place just didn’t like the construction that went on was not told was gonna be done and they didn’t let me know someone was gonna come in to check balcony door that’s not right and was told we could check in at 10-11 and was 1:45 til we got in having been said driving all night and with 2 children wasn’t good

I also know you received your check-in instructions multiple times stating check-in is 4PM. I am very happy we were able to get you in a little early. I'm happy you were able to get in at 1:45. This part of Florida is on CST. The beaches are just beautiful year round. I hope you were able to enjoy Destin while you were visiting us.

Lovely condo

Thank you so much for a wonderful stay. The linens were excellent and the home decor is very pretty. I stayed with 4 friends for a women's weekend away and we were very comfortable with the beach right across the street. The views from this end unit are nice and up high enough to see quite a distance and use the deck without feeling you are bothered by the traffic on the main street. There are a few different codes to memorize, but after the first 2 days, we had them figured out. The gym has a reasonable set of equipment to get anyone by for a few days or a week's visit. It would be slightly clearer to state that there really is no check-in process at all. Simply show up anytime after the scheduled time and walk in with no office visit or key pickup. Also, note that the water filter on the refrigerator in the unit is signaling that it needs to be changed. The heavy chlorine in the tap water makes that filter a very much appreciated part of the stay.

Bad experience

We’ve had a bad experience here. We’re supposed to stay 3 families together.We chose this apartment because it was a pet free unit( I’m allergic to pets , so are my kids). We cleaned the apartment ourselves. After vaccuming every day there still were a lot of pet hair. I took pictures but I don’t know why can’t attach them here. We called them and told everything. They said they are not responsible. My kids and I couldn’t stay there because of the allergy and went elsewhere. When I asked for the part of my money back, they didn’t refund me anything . The fridge was broken, all out food was frozen other and other again . And again there was nothing they can do. I wouldn’t recommend this property . Don’t make the same mistake

We apologize that you had a bad experience as we strive to meet all guests expectations. The unit is not pet friendly and even though after more than a week went by during your stay this was brought to our attention we tried to do what we could to resolve this for you. Unfortunately we were not able to offer a refund of your entire stay as you asked as you were already a week into the stay and we could not verify this upon checking the fridge problem you mentioned. As for the fridge our appliance tech came out and noted that the unit was freezing up due to the setting being set to max. We reset the setting to normal operation and we have had no problems since. We try to accommodate our guests and meet any needs they have, but it was clear that anything less than a free stay was unacceptable to you.

Destin September 2023

Gorgeous condo, amazing and easy to utilize square footage. Incredible views from both balconies. Very thankful we brought binoculars to see early am dolphins!! We were very disappointed in the amenities - no trash bags, no dish rags, only two dishwasher pods for a 5 day stay with 8 people, no lounging blankets, no coffee filters. Listing welcomes children but provides no plateware appropriate for them. You have beach access with only one key, meaning the entire group has to come and go together or someone has to walk back to the gate which is NOT close to your actual beach area. You cannot even exit without the key. The beach area is for mostly other private owners, no access to restrooms.for Harbor Landing guests. Absolutely no beach items - no beach towel, no wagon, nothing. There wasn't even a broom to sweep up sand throughout the week..We spent the week discussing how great the condo is, beautiful pool, and how much better we would feel about being there if only a few easy, easy details had been covered. Our family has enjoyed VRBO and Air B n B stays in much less sophisticated space with far more thoughtfulness from our hosts toward our anticipated needs during the stay.

Harbor Landing Condo 701B – Traveler Review

My wife and I took our grown kiddos along with their friends to Destin in mid Aug. 2022, (turns out it happens to be end of the tourist season for Destin.) So, open beaches, restaurants, etc etc. Absolutely stunning unit. The main living space is open and HUGE. The space is tastefully and comfortably furnished. One of the girls actually squealed with joy when she first saw the place. The host has done a tremendous job in keeping the unit decorated with stylish beach themed artwork. The kitchen is also well equipped with quality cutlery and kitchen tools and appliances. The mattresses are incredibly comfortable as are the linens. So often in a condo it’s so quiet we find it difficult to sleep. We forgot our fans that we typically bring with us and fortunately the unit had two standing fans that was such a relief for us. Speaking of fans the living room has two huge fans that were more than adequate in moving the air. The washer and dryer were current models. Finally, the patio, … being an end unit, there are actually two patios that provide incredible partial views and the sunsets are spectacular to say the least. The unit overlooks the properties small marina and we were shocked at the amount of marine life we saw, schools mingling fish. A school of skates came in for a visit and even a sea came in for a call. The host has refreshed some of the patio furniture, (IE a high-top table with 4 swivel chairs and two adult high chairs which very sturdy and comfortable.) We were so caught off guard at how well the unit exceeded our expectations. Our hope and plan is to make this non physically described location of the unit our go to Destin Beech home.

Spring break 2022

3 moms took our 3 sons for there senior year spring break, the condo is beautiful, the pics really don't do it true justice. Absolutely beautiful, huge and amazing views. The pool is huge and the hot tub perfect. The condo is fully stocked with everything you could think of for you stay. The water pressure in the shower is amazing. We truly had the best stay. Quick walk across the street to beach access. We could not have been happier with the condo, location, views, etc. Would love to return again.

Beautiful place but the rest not so

Place was absolutely beautiful however advertisement said that there will be 2 king size beds and one queen. Instead there were 2 tween size beds snd 2 king.This caused commotion between my teen boys (who will sleep on king size bed and who will sleep on tween )I did not received gate number in my email and waited in front of the gate at 9pm until Good Samaritan told us the gate code. We did not get any information where was the entrance to the beach as well . When I called the office , person working there was very unpleasant and stated that I already received this information. Advertisement stated that there is gym and there was none . Water was freezing in the pool and all the little kids were staying in the hot tub all though there were not allowed. They were jumping to the hot tub splashing salty water in our eyes while drunk parents did not say anything. I would give 4.5 stars for the condo but rest probably 3. The view was truly beautiful but could not enjoy it because right across the street there is a construction going on and you hear all day long beeping and hummering entire day .

We advertise the condo as 1 King in the Master bedroom, 1 King in Guest Bedroom 1, and 2 Queen beds in Guest Bedroom 2. This is the same bedding the unit has had for over 2 years since purchased. I apologize if you thought you had different bedding, but perhaps it was another unit you had looked at booking? I also apologize that you did not have the correct gate code. We are updated monthly with these, and we submitted the new code exactly 1 week prior to your arrival. We can also see if this email has been opened and it did show you opened the updated confirmation email, so that may have been part of the confusion when you called and said you did not get it. Sometimes guests call and give us a unit number and it's not always correct so the agent may have been trying to determine what occurred here since we show it was delivered and opened with updated check in information. The property does have a gym and it's located on the 1st floor in building B. This is detailed in your check in instructions and also provides you the access code in that email. We are glad that you otherwise enjoyed your stay!
