In a very quiet residential area but 5 minutes drive from all amenities (bakeries, butcher, restaurants, supermarkets, medical services ...). Our Provencal house is located on the balconies of the French Riviera 9 km from Grasse, 10 km from Lake St. Cassian, 20 km from the beaches of Cannes and 42 km from Nice airport. The entrance is secured by two gates and the property has no direct vis-à-vis.

It has a large bright living room, a kitchen and 4 spacious double bedrooms all with direct access to one of the terraces surrounding the house.
Three bedrooms are located on the ground floor, as well as 2 bathrooms with bathtubs and 2 separate toilets. Two of these rooms are equipped with a bed of 160 cm, the last of a retractable bed of 140 cm.
The fourth bedroom is in the attic and air conditioned; it has an independent access, a 160 cm bed, a dressing room and a private bathroom with W. C.

The terraced garden of 31 ares welcomes an infinity pool (10m x 4.5m), a petanque and a poolhouse with summer kitchen, plancha, covered terrace for dining, bathroom and WC The land also has a large parking area and a garage attached to the house.
