Pack up the family and get ready to enjoy this spacious canal front duplex, located just a short walk to the beach, shops and restaurants and 1 mile from Times Square. Each side offers a King master BR with bath and a second King BR, guest bath, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer and sofa sleeper in the living room . Pricing is listed for one unit or you may rent both sides for larger parties. Each side sleeps 6 or you can rent both sides to accommodate 12

Unit 128 (1713243)is a 2 bedroom 2 bath with sleeper sofa this unit also has a deck off the back.

The large private heated pool is completely fenced off for safety and provides lots of space to lounge in the sun, grill food and enjoy our lovely Florida weather. Each side also has bonus screened living areas on the ground level with additional space to lounge and watch TV.

Home is located on a canal so you may fish off the dock or try a new water sport with many rental places around the area. The beach is a 5 minute walk to the end of the street.

Pricing is for one unit, please inquire if wanting to rent both units (entire house) there is a locked door inside the house that can be used to access both sides of the house when renting the entire house.

As many of you know, our island too a direct hit from Hurricane Ian on September 28,2022 but has recovered quite quickly. All repairs have been completed on our home. Our island is still recovering but there is still lots to see and do. There are many restaurants open and ready to welcome visitors.

The property is very nice. The owners were available when needed. Unfortunately we experienced some problems with the electricity and lost the heated pool for a few days. Again, owners were very helpful and did all they could. Would highly recommend this property.

We really enjoyed our stay. Walking distance to the beach and 1 mile from ice cream. Close enough to everything but far enough away from the super busy beach (hotels). The house was great. Pool was amazing. So peaceful and tranquil. Highly recommend. We would book this home again. (We had a rental car which was nice to goto Sanibel but enjoyed walking many places).

Unit was clean and furnished very nicely. The pictures online don’t show as well as the unit looked. Two draw backs. Pool needed cleaning asap and traffic was at a stand still everyday. Most of the island is not ready for tourists except the beach! Lovely!

Great location in the heart of Fort Myers

This place was very clean and it had all of the necessites needed a short or long stay. The pool was a plus and the house was supplied with cookware, housewares and even towels for the beach. It also had a grille and a bonus room on the patio that was equipped with a TV. Highly recommended!!! Thanks Kevin and Nancy.

We had a great stay at 126 Tropical Shores Way. House was very clean when we arrived. Beds are super comfy and pool area was great. The owners are very responsive and super easy to chat with. They responded to all questions we had in less than 10 minutes. Great location! Just a short walk to the beach and Time Square area. Lots of restaurants around. Definitely recommend this place and would stay again when in Fort Myers Beach Area!

Enjoyed our getaway. Property manager was very responsive to ensure everything was at property for toddler. Everything was as described and in great condition! Easy walking distance for adults. I would recommend renting a car or golf cart if you don’t like walking.

Very happy with our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay at this property and would definitely stay here again! The bedrooms and kitchen are a bit smaller than what they look like in the pictures but it was all very clean and welcoming. They had a lot of beach chairs and umbrellas along with lunch boxes perfect for packing to the beach. There are many restaurants, ice cream and beach shops in walking distance but we drove if we wanted to go all the way to the pier. The pool was a bit dirty but we used the net and got most of it out so it was not a problem. The owners are very nice welcoming people with helpful tips and suggestions on where to eat and activities to do. I highly recommend this property!!
