Cottage with pool between Redon and Roche Bernard

Completely renovated house with swimming pool heated with solar panels, very bright and warm in a quiet setting in the countryside, close to the Vilaine meadows, on an old historic site. Located 40 minutes from Vannes and La Baule and 30 minutes from the sea.

Exterior:
- Swimming pool heated with solar panels only, 9x4m, 1.4m deep with alarm and secured by a fence for children. It is open from mid-April to mid-October WEATHER PERMITTING.
- Barbecue, garden furniture, deck chairs, games...

Interior:
- An adult double bedroom upstairs.
- A children's bedroom with a double bed and two bunk beds upstairs. Possibility of using a sofa bed in the living room if all the children do not wish to be in the same bedroom (on the ground floor).
- A lounge area, TV, large dining room open to the kitchen.
- House equipped with all household appliances (toaster, coffee maker, microwave, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, iron and ironing board, hair dryer, etc.) and multimedia plus Blue Ray DVD and books made available.

Bathroom linen and sheets are provided. The dishes must be left clean, the house tidy and in good condition on departure.

Nearby (less than 30 min):
More than 200 km of marked mountain bike trails, an international fishing spot on the Vilaine, climbing routes on Ile aux Pies, villages of character: Rochefort en Terre, Roche Bernard, animal park with playground. Branféré (Nicolas Hulot)...
A little further, but worth the trip:
Golf and its islands 45 min
The Puy du Fou park and its grandiose shows, unfortunately 1 hour 30 minutes away...

Rider friends, you can come with your horses, a field with already a horse can accommodate them.

Price/quality our best house in 20 years.

We were the lucky ones to be the first visitors in this new gite with lots of historic accents. House with a view. quiet, high finish level, clean, fully equipped, friendly helpful owners and a good swimming pool.

Perfekter Aufenthalt

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Aufenthalt in einem sehr gut ausgestatteten Ferienhaus. Die gesamte Anlage ist schön und gepflegt. Wir hatten ein bisschen Pech mit dem Wetter, aber das Haus bietet alles, um es sich auch drinnen gemütlich zu machen. Die Sonnenstunden haben wir am Pool genossen, der in sehr gutem Zustand war. Die Kinder haben gerne mit der Katze auf dem Grundstück gespielt. Vom Grundstück aus kann man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 15 min Bäcker und Supermärkte in der Nähe erreichen. Yvon ist ein super netter und sehr aufmerksamer Gastgeber, am letzten Abend konnten wir noch ein Gläschen Wein zusammen trinken und plaudern. Wir haben unsere Zeit dort sehr genossen!

Rust, stilte en luxe in een bijzonder mooi kader.

Goede ontvangst, nette woning met alle denkbare comfort ( keuken, zwembad… enz) , respect voor de privacy… alles is aanwezig voor een perfecte vakantie. We zijn 100% tevreden.

Nous recommandons le gîte qui est fort agréable. Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de la piscine cause mauvais temps. Monsieur Yvon est très agréable et très gentil.

Très bon séjour

Nous avons passer un très bon séjour , malgré les différentes averses . Nous avons pu profiter de la piscine qui était chauffer. Le gite était très propre et tout à disposition pour qu’on ne manque de rien. Le propriétaire était vraiment au petit soin , il nous a même offert des galettes fait par ses soins et à nos filles des jolies bougies faite également par lui . Nous sommes très heureux d’avoir pu découvrir cet endroit agréable . Nous y retournerons les yeux fermés.

Très jolie maison en campagne

La maison est très joliment rénovée, de qualité et bien équipée. Un petit bémol à notre arrivée, les chats du propriétaire sont entrés dans le gîte à notre arrivée, et il était prêt à nous facturer les dégâts que ses animaux auraient pu causer ... le séjour aurait pu mieux commencer! Mais sur la qualité de la location rien à redire, c'est parfait pour une famille avec enfants, même en hiver, le poêle fonctionne très bien. Le gîte est en pleine campagne, avec ses avantages et ses inconvénients, il faut faire un peu de route pour faire les courses et accéder aux points d'intérêt, mais c'est d'un calme absolu. La terrasse avec vue sur les champs est très agréable. A refaire aux beaux jours lorsque la piscine sera ouverte !

Des vacanciers globalement agréable. Je me permets de réagir concernant l’accueil. Ils ont été accueilli avec un panier d’accueil, les lits étaient faits et les serviettes de toilette mise à disposition, prestation qui était en option sur l’annonce. Je n’en ai pas été remercié. Par contre les enfants bien que gentils et polis n’ont pas vraiment respectés les lieux, lançant des cailloux dans les pelouses et sur la bâche de piscine et en cassant du petit mobilier décoratif de jardin. Cependant je les accueillerai à nouveau pour peut qu’ils fassent attention à ces différents points pour éviter en particulier tout accident avec la piscine.

Un coin tranquille

Nous avons passé un séjour très agréable. Le gîte est très soigné et charmant. Il manque peut-être un peu de rangements dans la cuisine mais ce n'est que détail. Le lieu est vraiment calme. Nous avons beaucoup profité du coin piscine, les enfants s'en sont donné à cœur joie. Ce gîte est vraiment idéal pour les familles.

Un sans-faute pour le logement... et son propriétaire

Depuis l’accueil (malgré notre arrivée tardive) à notre départ (et toutes les infos complémentaires glanées sur les environs pour notre prochain séjour), en passant par le confort du logement (grands lits, propreté, équipements, lectures, domotique...), tout a été parfait. Calme, charme et émotions

Un gite pensé et conçu avec soin dans une volonté de discrétion et une jolie sensibilité. On se sent vite chez soi. Les propriétaires sont discrets et très amicaux et mettent tout de suite à l'aise. On ressent une réelle volonté de bien faire les choses. Le cadre est charmant et la présence des animaux (accessibles) est un véritable atout qui renforce le caractère apaisant du lieu. L'emplacement géographique est idéal pour découvrir à la foi le golfe du Morbihan et les environs de Guérande. Tout est accessible rapidement.

Ça a été un vrai plaisir de les rencontrer et de les accueillir, la conversation c’est installée très facilement lorsque nous avons eut l’occasion de nous croiser à la piscine. C’est avec plaisir que je les accueillerais de nouveau.

Gîte confortable et calme en pleine nature

Gîte très bien aménagé dans une belle propriété à la campagne. Piscine partagée ave les propriétaires, lesquels sont d'une grande discrétion tout en étant attentionnés. Très belle région doncoù il y a plein de beaux villages à visiter mais voiture indispensable.
