Emerald Isle is located on the west end of Panama City Beach just minutes away from Pier Park. King size bed in the master bedroom. Two queen sized beds in the second bedroom. Both master bedroom and living room overlook the ocean. Fully equipped kitchen. TVs in all rooms. Free cable TV and Internet Service. The 10 and a half foot balcony has plenty of seating for relaxing and ocean viewing. Amenities include an indoor/outdoor heated pool with a steam room, an outdoor pool, a hot tub, and an exercise room with an ocean view. There are stainless steel barbecue grills at the pool pavilion.

Great time in PCB and emerald isle

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a wonderful time in unit 1403. Great location, great views, and everything Was in good shape and Helen was very helpful with everything. We will definitely be making a return trip.

Softball World Series Week

We were in town for my daughter to play in the Fastpitch World Series and my family of 5 fit perfectly into this condo. Everything was easy accessible. The condo was clean with the exception of the floors, they needed a good scrubbing for any littles to be let down. 14th floor was a bit high for our liking but overall I would pick it again.

Nice vacation

First of all the condo is very nice and roomy. The layout was perfect. The balcony is huge with plenty of patio furniture for everyone. The washer/dryer was a nice bonus. The water pressure in the shower was excellent! The only negative I have would be the beds are a little hard. Pools and hot tub were nice and clean. I personally liked that security was everywhere. I felt that our vehicle was much safer with the constant patrolling and they were all very nice. Elevators were never an issue. We never waited over a couple of minutes on one. Location was also excellent (the quieter side of PCB) which also meant traffic was not terrible. Property mgr Helen was also really nice and available for any questions I had. My family had a great time and would definitely stay again.
