Just a little over a mile from this rental is Seaside, where you'll find a number of shops, restaurants, and the Saturday morning Seaside Farmers Market. Head over to Grayton Beach State Park, a 2,200-acre state park with hiking trails, salt marshes, sea oat-covered dunes, crystal-white sand, and blue-green waters, only three miles away. And if you're looking to fish, there are several charters nearby, offering fun and exciting offshore and bay fishing excursions.

Main house: Three king beds (two on the first floor and one on the second floor) and one queen bed (located on the second floor)
Carriage house: Queen over queen bunk and a twin with twin trundle. Located on the second floor of carriage all in one room. The first floor is a garage for the golf cart.
Total: Three kings, three queens, and two twins.

Parking notes: There is free parking available for 3 vehicles.

Security camera details: Please note there is a surveillance camera located at the garage facing the driveway.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
